As he demonstrated different ways as to how he would knock, she just stood there with her arms at her sides, glaring. She sighed loudly and put a hand to her forehead, shaking her head. Then she looked back up at him as he gave that little grin and stepped back beside the entrance to her hideout. "I'm thinking knocking on the tree would work, sure." She'd most likely hear it from inside her vines, but she could also ignore it better than if he was yelling. It worked out well she decided.
She walked past him, careful to give herself some distance, she wasn't really planning on letting him touch her again. At least not without asking permission first. She stepped into the vines and stood, beckoning for him to come inside. The hideout was circular, green and cozy. There was a bed made out of different leaves and shrubbery, along with a desk made from tree roots twisting and bending into a beautiful shape. She had rearranged her hide out about six time in all her years at camp, but this was one of her favorites.

Zeo smiled as Accalia beaconed him into her secret lair. He gently pushed aside the vines and stepped inside the small hideout. Looking around he seemed to notice one thing in particular, "It's very green in here. Not that there's anything wrong with green, but I think I'm going to start calling you Poison Ivy. She liked green I believe." He scrunched his face up in thought before nodding to himself. Yes, that seemed like the perfect nickname for a child of Demeter.
Taking a better look at his surroundings, he noticed the desk. Lightly stepping over to it, he ran his hand gently over the surface of the desk. It seemed to have been formed from the roots of trees. He gave a soft sigh, before speaking equally softly, just barely loud enough for her to hear him, "This desk, is beautiful Accalia. I could never even dream of making something like this, but I've always wanted to. I want to make something for myself or a friend that will be loved and cherished and be beautiful. All my mind is geared for is messing with people by pranking them, I want to make something positive." Shaking those thoughts from his head, he looked over and saw the bed type of thing. Forcing a happy smile on his face, he walked over to that, being careful not to touch Accalia on his way over there. Looking at it, he nodded to himself before turning to face her again. "It's a shrubbery. This bed, is a shrubbery. I like it."

She shook her head and chuckled a little at his comment, "Poison Ivy... I like that. Isn't she a super villain?" she cocked an eyebrow at him as she closed the vines behind him. Light bled through the leaves surrounding the hideout, it gave of a sort of amber glow and was a little dim. It was cozy, nap-worthy. Sometimes she even fell asleep in there and woke up the next morning. That didn't happen very often though, considering she fear that monster might rip the hideout apart and eat her in her sleep.
She cocked her head to the side as he went on his spiel about the desk. He really showed a different side of himself there for a moment. "You should. Creating things always makes me feel better," she spoke softly. It was true. This hideout had been her number one place for experimenting with plants, hence why she was getting better and better at it every day. Sure, she had stopped wearing flowers in her hair, but that didn't mean her love for plants had died along with that.
Next, he passed her to the shrubbery bed. She smiled and walked over, standing beside it. "Go ahead, lay on it. It's really comfortable," she said gesturing to the bed.

Zeo smiled at her and nodded his head. "Yeah, she's a super villain. She wants to give the world back to the plants, by killing all the humans. With your control of plants, and this secret hideout, I figured it would be a good nickname." He kept smiling as she talked, his smile turning sad. Most of his creativity was geared to messing with people, not much was there for making neat things like the desk that Accalia had made, or the cool bed that was a shrubbery.
Raising his hands and looking down at them, he began to speak again. "These hands of mine, are only geared to a few things. Pranking people, which should be obvious to me as a son of Hermes. Video games, as I have recently fallen in love with them. Women, as I have had more time and practice then most people that have been alive, so I have attempted to perfect my technique. Finally, they are wonderous at shooting things, I've only really practiced with bows, but I'd assume guns wouldn't be too much of a stretch for me. Making things, just isn't in my list of things that I can do." He gave a small sigh before he gently flopped down on to the shrub bed in front of him.
Looking up at the viney ceiling, he gave a more contented sigh. This bed thing was really comfortable. Sitting up and patting the bed beside him, he smiled up at Accalia. "Enough of my sad old man talk. Sit down and tell me about yourself, that is, if you want to. Indulge this curiosity of mine Ivy, I'll return the favor if you want." Still smiling up at her, he had a hopeful look in his eyes. He was curious about his new friend, and he wanted to hear more about her.

Accalia nodded and smiled at his description of poison Ivy, "I like that. But probably no killing humans. Or demi-gods for that matter," she added. She wasn't really into killing at all. Why would someone who loved plants want to destroy other forms of life? Wasn't being a plant lover about loving nature and the order of things? Poison Ivy needed to take a chill pill and read a few pages out of Acclais 'how to be a plant lover' guidebook. Not that she'd ever actually write a book.
Accalia cocked an eyebrow and paused before answering his next little explanation as to why he doesn't create things. "Uh huh..." she wasn't sure how she felt about the 'women' part of that explanation but it would have to wait. Something else was up, "Wait, how long have you been alive?" she asked, realizing that he had implied living longer than a normal person. Maybe he was just saying it cuz he was like thirty or something.
Accalia acknowledged his pat on the bed but didn't oblige. She placed herself on the floor in front of him, about three feet way. She straightened her legs in front of her and crossed her ankles, supporting herself with her hands. "What's there to know, Zeo?" she asked.

Zeo gave a small laugh as she spoke of not killing anyone. "Good to know I won't be dying by dangerous plants anytime soon. I don't think I would fancy that myself. Not exactly my cup of tea you see." He smiled at Accalia gently from his place on the bed. Looking around the small circular green hidden fort, he continued to smile.
He glanced back down to where she was sitting as she gave a kind of acknowledgment to what he had said about his creativity. He shrugged a bit at her, he was only good at some things, not all. He paled at her question, like, in a visible manner. He looked down to his lap, where his hands had balled into fists that were shaking. Forcing himself to calm down, he slowly uncurled his fingers. "Let's just say, I've been around for a long, long time. I don't really know exactly how long, only that I was trapped in one place for a very long time. Don't get my wrong, it was great while it lasted, but when the magic wore off and I found myself in this foreign time and place, I was crushed." He looked up at her and smiled softly. He had drifted back into the past without meaning too.
Putting a smile on his face, he watched the way her legs crossed in front of him, his eyes lingering a little longer on her feet then they should have before he shook it off. Looking into her eyes, he answered her final question. "Everything. There's always everything to know, dear Ivy. It would be best to start off simple I think. Likes, dislikes, hobbies. Stuff like that."

"Hey, Hey. I didn't promise that you wouldn't die of plants. It could still happen," she glared at him but with a smile on her face. Truthfully, she was pretty deadly with her plants. She had recently discovered a way to create a bow and projectile arrows on command out of plants nearby. She was still perfecting it though, and the arrows usually ended up spaghetti like... but it was a start. Strangling was always a good tactic though. She had never used it against anything but monsters, however.
She looked over to notice that his hands were suddenly balled into fists. Had she said something wrong? She waited as he composed himself and answered her, an intriguing answer. "Where was it? If you don't mind my asking..." she spoke slowly. She had heard of the Lotus Casino or Calypsos island. But there were other places too. Granted, he said it was a great place, so her two guesses could have been right.
She found herself suddenly taken aback when his eyes suddenly found hers again. He didn't seem like the got mess son of Hermes that she originally took him for. However, he was still a male. Her face softened a bit at his next words though. Someone was actually interested in hearing about her life. Someone who was here and not lost at sea, betraying camp, or growing up on their own. Now she had gotten lost in the past.
"I have an idea. You ask a question and then we both have to answer. Then I'll ask a question and we both have to answer. Make sense?" She cocked her head to the side, "Like this: What's your favorite color? Mine is blue," she looked at him expectantly, curiosity burning in her eyes.

Putting his hands up in a gesture of surrender, Zeo gave a small laugh. "Alright, alright. I'll take the plants then. I'm pretty tough to catch though, so you'll have your work cut out for you Ivy." He lowered his hands back down to the shrubbery/bed thing and leaned backwards on them again. He thought carefully on her next words. It wasn't a big secret he supposed, he had been in the hotel for a long period of time. It wouldn't hurt to tell someone his former prison. "It was the Lotus Hotel at the time, a casino was added later and it became the Lotus Hotel & Casino. I was in there for a very long time, not truly sure how long."
He shrugged casually and then smiled at her idea. It wasn't a bad idea, and he would get to learn more about her. "Mine is also blue, but I like a dark blue, midnight blue I'd suppose. What's your favorite thing to do in your spare time? I'm a hardcore gamer now, I love playing all the newest games and recording me playing them." He slid off the bed to join her on the floor, not liking looking down at her. He wanted them both to be on the same level.

As Zeo gestured his surrender, Accalia smiled smugly at him. "Oh, I'll catch you. I'm pretty fast," she said smoothly, raising an eyebrow at him as if to issue a challenge. He was certainly going to be an interesting part of Accalias life, she could see that already. Not often could someone make her laugh and prove to be intriguing enough to keep the girls attention.
As he told her about his time at the Lotus hotel and Casino, Accalia nodded. "Aw, yeah. I've heard of it. It must have been a really, really long time because that Casino isn't nowhere near considered new nowadays," she raised an eyebrow at him and surveyed him for a moment, "you seem to be keeping up witht he times pretty well, though?"
Accalia didn't scoot away when he moved to join her on the floor, but she did lean back a little more. "I would have to say my shade of blue is more... oceany, with a little green?" she tried to explain, "midnight blue is cool too." At the question that he chose to ask, Accalia had to take a moment of contemplation. "Hmm... well, I've rarely tried video games..." what did she like to do in her spare time? "I do a lot of archery, I guess. I build stuff with plants too..." those weren't really that much of leisurely activities in the site of most people, but she did enjoy it. "I don't really know what else, I guess. I mostly just mope about," she sounded like she was joking but that was actually becoming a little true now.
"If you had to pick one big dream or goal, what would that be?" she asked. She'd wait until he answered before giving hers.

Zeo raised one tattooed arm up to cup his chin at her words, giving a smug smirk of his own. Apparently she didn't know he could teleport, or move at extreme speeds. She would find out if she ever tried to get him, he supposed. "We shall see, dearest Ivy. We shall see." He was very happy to have met this young woman on this day. He was having a blast talking with her and knew she would be a fun part of his life in the future.
Zeo's face switched to a neutral look upon talking about the Lotus, he had known he was in there for a long time. He crossed his legs and put his hands on his thighs. He gave a sigh and relaxed his face back into a smile. "Well, I'm really not sure how long I was in there, but I seemed to keep most of my mind. It was like I wasn't in control of my body, but I still knew most of what was happening. I just couldn't leave. Then dad showed up and got me out. That was three years ago. And now here I am. I spent the three years catching up on things that I had missed and trying to adjust to the new stuff. I'd say, yeah, I've adapted pretty well." He shrugged his shoulders and leaned back when he noticed her leaning away from him. He didn't want to make her too uncomfortable after all, she was very interesting.
He nodded his head at her refining of her color. He didn't really have anything to say about it, he knew what she meant. He smiled a little wider at her complement of his favorite color. His face morphed into one of shock, rarely tried video games, this would need to be fixed in the future. "Archery is what I like as well, I'm not much for close combat. I've seen your creations and I think it's a wonderful hobby thing to do." He said while motioning to the desk nearby. Frowning at the last things she said he pointed one tattooed finger at her, "Oh we'll fix that missy. I don't let people just mope around when there's fun to be had. I will bring the fun to you if need be, but I don't think you'd want me poking around in here all the time. So you'll just have to come with me, or I'll just bug you from the other side of the vines until you do try to kill me." He gave her a cheeky grin and a wink.
Pulling his hand back, it found itself cupping his chin again, leaning forward onto the arm to think. One big dream or goal? Sure he had a final goal in mind, but he wasn't sure if he should share it. He decided to share a smaller, but still large goal. "Well, in my catching up with society, I learned of this "Youtube." I saw several people who did these videos of them playing games, and that looks fun. It's a hard job and a big thing to do by yourself, so that's what I'm going to do. I just need Chiron's permission to set up in one of the bunkers to keep the monsters away from the main part of camp. I gave him a proposal a few days back and I'm letting him look it over. I'll check in tomorrow to see if he's giving me the okay, or if I need to refine it more." He waved his hand around as he spoke, he was very excited about it after all."So what about you? What's your big goal/dream right now?"

Accalia just smirked and shook her head as he implied that she would probably eat her words when she claimed that she could catch him. He then continued to explain the Lotus Hotel incident further and she just shook her head in disbelief. "I can't believe anyone has to go through a thing like that. Time freezes and all that," she shuddered a little at the thought of being stuck somewhere in that situation. Knowing what you were doing but not knowing at the same time. Granted. she sort of felt that way about every day here... she basically didn't really focus on anything but her own anger... which made the days kind of slip by her notice. "I... well, I'm glad you're doing well with the adjusting. I don't think I could be like you." Brave, she didn't think she could be brave.
Her eyes lit up a little as he explained his love for archery as well, and how she really was using her time well with her 'interior decorating hobby'. At his next explanation about how he was going to make sure she wouldn't be able to mope around, she couldn't help but smile a little. "I guess that sounds nice." She wasn't sure what to say for a moment because it actually did sound good. Getting out and doing something fun. But she would never admit that. At least not in a way that made her seem enthusiastic. "I'd never kill you," she chuckled.
Accalia listened, leaning forward with her elbows on her knees and her chin in her hands, much like how was Zeo was sitting. "Well, I would never broadcast myself like that, but I think you'd be good at it. What with you being so social and forcing yourself into peoples lives," now it was her turn to wink. It was also her turn to tell him what her big dreams and goals were. She had a few, but she decided to go with one that wasn't really a secret around camp. He wouldn't know about it yet, most likely however. "I want to find my dad, actually. He got lost at sea a few years ago," she explained.
