I Can Hear the Bells (The Wedding)

"Dude," John said as he finally handed Achilles his shoes. "It's only going to be a twenty minute ceremony, okay?" He sighed as he patted him on the back. "Twenty minutes and a couple of I dos and you're husband and wife and the rest of the day is partying." John was a little miffed about that fact. He was a couple of months from his 21st birthday, so still no alcohol for him. "Just relax. It'll be done before you know it. Where are you guys going for your honeymoon?"

"Some obscure place in the Bahamas." Achilles smiled at his friend. "I'm not telling where exactly." He took his shoes and put them on. The son of Demeter looked out the car window and watched the scenery zoom by. It wasn't long until they arrived at the house. "So, where am I not allowed?" Achilles asked his friend, not certain where he was supposed to go.

Marius turned around with a smile. "Well the blushing bride is nervous, of course, but I haven't seen the groom, yet. Apparently, she kicked him out of the house last night, so he wouldn't see her before the ceremony." He gave Valeria a quick kiss. "And how are you?" The son of Hermes hugged his wife before wrapping an arm around her waist and leading her to the garden.

"Uh..." John got out of the car and held the door out for Achilles as he dug a piece of paper out of his pocket. Harper gave him a list and at the very bottom was the location that her brother was not supposed to go. It was bolded, underlined, and highlighted so John wouldn't miss it. "The bedroom," John said as he put the paper back into his pocket. "I guess we're waiting in the living room unless Harper redirects us. Sounds like she's running the show right now."

Valeria smiled as she followed him out to the garden, shrugging as she did. "Glade to see all our camp mates again. I keep thinking about our wedding day." she said softly at the end, her smile getting wider. She remembers that day exactly. She loved it. It was like a dream that day to her.

Achilles sighed before he walked into the living room and sat down on a chair. He looked around the at the chaos in his house. Wow, that's a lot of people. "So how much longer until the ceremony?" The son of Demeter asked his best man.

[Harper Jones]

Harper heard the limo pull into the driveway and she squealed. The wedding was so close and she got excited. "Stay here," she told Daphne as she left the bedroom. She found her brother in the living room and pulled him into a hug. "Hey there, handsome," she said as she pulled away. "Are you ready, Achilles? Daphne looks amazing, by the way, but you'll get to see her in about fifteen minutes." Harper couldn't wipe the smile off her face as she clapped. "I'm so excited for you guys. It's going to be one of the best weddings ever!"

Uriel glanced at the people, they we're gathering now. He grabbed his personalized mic and grinned before whispering to himself "It's show time." Uriel walked towards the other room to finish getting ready.

Dawn ws skipping around the house, checking on the list Harper gave her, but everything was in perfect shape. And she made sure all the plants in the garden were as happy as could be. Then again they think Daphne is their queen but Eh, only she will know that. Plus dawn has seen her in her dress. She looks like one. She was finishing off her list so she though shed make her way back upstairs but saw Harper and Achilles and could help but give him a big hug. "Achilles!" she said then smiled at Harper "Everything's ready down here."

Achilles smiled nervously at his two sisters. He still felt sick to his stomach. "Thanks." The son of Demeter looked around the living room. "Where do you want me? I have a feeling that I shouldn't stay in this room much longer."

Uriel stepped out of the dressing room, that black tux perfectly fit him with the rose, his hair was curled again and it blocked his tattooed forearm. Uriel coughed and walked towards the seat, crossing his legs and waiting for the bride and groom.

Marius couldn't help but grin at his wife. "Really? Cause I keep thinking of our wedding night." He gave her a quick kiss on the cheek before walking with her to a couple seats on the bride's side. "I love you, Valeria." The son of Hermes hugged his wife after they had seated themselves.

Harper glanced down at her watch. It was only a few minutes more until the wedding started. "Up by Chiron," she said as she pointed to the centaur himself. "He's officiating and you and John enter first with him." She pulled him up and gave him a small smile. "Hey," she said while patting his shoulder. "Twenty minutes and you'll be husband and wife. Smile a bit, won't ya?" Then she gently pushed him towards the direction of the horse-man while she grabbed the parents of the bride and took them to the bedroom so they could escort their daughter. "It's time," she told Daphne as she closed the doors behind them and went to take her place in the processional.

Uriel glanced at them and he stood from his seat, grabbing his personalized mic and walking towards the side of the room where the band was present. Uriel placed the mic on the stand and he glanced at the aisle, before whispering "Any second now..."

Achilles walked with John to go stand over by Chiron. "Does this really have to be done with so many people?" He whispered to his best man. "This is really not helping my nerves." The groom stood there nervously, taking some deep breaths to try and calm himself. It didn't help.
