What do you mean by rated? All I know, is that we have all the hoodrats, ghetto people, trailer trash, bitches, and dumb-asses. But we still managed to get like, 90 as school average on every test/ benchmark, and every other school gets like...a 60 or something. I still don't know how though. We won 10,000 dollars from Obama for gods sake! We're not that special, people!
