What do you want? (Xenos+Harper)

Lucy nodded and took another deep breath. Even though this was a big decision, she wasn't as scared as she usually would be. They seemed worried about how much time it would take for her to get ready to leave but they really shouldn't. She'd lived basically out of suitcases for her entire life before coming to camp. It hadn't changed much since arriving, all habits and all that. She wiped away her tears and pushed some stray hair away from her face.

Once she felt ready she detangled herself from Harper and stood up, brushing the dirt from her dress before looking up at Xenos. "Okay, it'll only take me a moment anyway."

[Xenos Dhar]

"All right. I'll take us to your old room, Harper. I don't think they've found a new occupant for that room yet, so we should be good." Xenos looks at the two girls and offers them his hands. His eyes dart around as he waits for the two girls. "We still need to hide ourselves from that point on. I'm basically wanted dead or alive at the camp, so we have to try and make sure we're not seen." He steps closer to the girls and prepares to shadow travel with them. "Brace yourselves, girls. This will not be pleasant."

Her old room? Harper froze a bit as she looked up at Xenos and allowed Lucy to untangle herself from her arms. Her old room... She no longer lived at camp anymore and for some slight reason, that idea didn't settle too well with her. It was like an old house that she moved out of, but she still lived there. She was still the cabin leader, right? That was probably the first thing that Chiron would strip from her once he found out what she had done, again.

She felt her throat go dry as she slowly nodded her head and stood. "That works," she said as she tried to remain composed. Her old room. She took a couple of deep breaths to steady herself before she reached out to grab Xenos's hand. "Ready."

Lucy began wondering what Xenos had done to make camp hate him so much. She hadn't been at camp long enough to find out about anything that had happened. She would be lying if she said that it didn't scare her a little bit, but she pushed the feeling down and took the hand he offered her. The daughter of Hermes bit her lip nervously when he told her to brace herself. She didn't really know what they were going to do, but she was starting to become nervous about the entire thing. "Ready." She replied softly as she tried to steel her nerves.

Xenos frowned as he notice something started bugging Harper. It concerned him that something was bothering her , but he kept his mouth shut about it. He had a feeling that she would talk about it when she was ready. He looked at the two girls and then towards the camp. "All right. This is going to be disorienting and maybe a little bit scary." The son of the night said before suddenly falling through the shadows, pulling the two girls with him. It took less than a second before they were in the Demeter cabin leader room. "All right. Are you two okay?" He says as he looks at them, trying to see if they were hurt or anything.

Harper felt wobbly once again after they arrived in her cabin leader room. Her old cabin leader room. She opened her eyes and looked around. Her heart dropped into the bit of her stomach as she saw how empty it was. Her belongings were still here, but it was only a matter of time before they cleaned them out. "I'm fine," she said as she walked uneasily to her desk and sat down. She looked between the two of them before she raised her eyebrows not letting on how torn she felt at the moment. "You two just go," she said as she nodded her head slowly. "And we'll meet back up in here, okay?" She took a couple of deep breaths before she got up to walk over to her closet so she could finally grab her favorite sweatshirt and put it on.

She wouldn't tell them or anything, but traveling through the shadows like that had made her feel a bit sick. But Lucy didn't want to seem weak so instead she gave a small smile up at Xenos as she dropped his hand and gave a small smile. "I'm fine too." She replied quietly.

Her eyes darted around the room as Harper walked further into it. The daughter of Hermes gave a small nod, "I can go by myself ... If that's easier." She bit her lip and turned towards the window to open it and slip out into the night so she could take off towards her cabin to get her things.

Xenos was a bit concerned about letting Lucy go off by herself, but didn't stop her when she climbed out the window to head to her cabin. He had a feeling that no one would be able to see if she didn't want them to, unless it was one of her own siblings and he had no way of finding a child of Hermes on his own. The son of the night turned to Harper after Lucy had run off, trying to figure out what was bugging her. "What's the matter, Harper?" He asked as he walked up behind her.

Harper hugged her sweatshirt closer to her as she buried her face into the fabric and took a deep breath. The tears were watering up in her eyes when she heard Xenos approach her. A shaky breath later and she was turning around to look at him. "This is no longer my room," she said as she looked around with a sad look on her face. "It's just..." She took another shaky breath as she closed her eyes. "I've been through so much in this one room... and I don't want to let it go..." She shook her head as she squeezed her eyes together harder. "I'm sorry," she mumbled as she hugged herself a little harder. "It's stupid... very stupid... but I'm fine..."

Lucy was quickly running through the dark. She could barely see but knew where she was going, having wondered around the cabins a lot over her short time at camp. Within seconds she'd reached her cabin to find it empty, her siblings either at the party or off doing their own things. As she walked towards her bunk she was already pulled off her jacket and had started pulling out a pair of ripped jeans, a grey sweatshirt and a red beanie which she quickly got changed into before starting to stuff her possessions into two canvas bags. It didn't take very long and the daughter of Hermes pulled on her red vans before taking one last sweeping look around her room.

There was nothing left but a picture of her and Ethan that was taken only weeks before leaving the circus sitting on her bedside table. Lucy picked it up, looking at the picture again as tears began to well up in her eyes causing her to doubt her decision. At that feeling she put the picture back, face down so her brothers eyes wouldn't follow her out of the cabin. After that Lucy shouldered both bags, neither of which was heavy and walked out of the door, heading straight back over to the window of the Demeter cabin she'd just climbed out of. Knocking twice, the daughter of Hermes poked her head back through, a small smile on her lips, hoping she hadn't walked into anything. "I'm ready if you guys are."

Xenos didn't like hearing Harper being so sad over leaving this room, and it tore at him. His arms wrapped around her and pulled her close, holding her against him. "I'm sorry." He started as he kept his gaze on the wall behind her. "I didn't even think about how you might feel about leaving here." He took a deep breath before looking down at her. "You can stay if you want. I'll even admit to kidnapping you if you need me to. I won't make you go with me." The son of the night told her. "But please don't. I want you to stay with me, Harper. Please." He practically pleads with before leaning in and kissing her just as he hears Lucy's voice announce the daughter of Hermes reappearance.

Once Xenos wrapped her into a hug, she buried her face into his chest and took a couple of deep breaths. She kept her arms wrapped around her wanting to as much pressure on herself so she didn't feel like she was going to fall apart. She looked up at him and opened her eyes when he started talking about what he would do if she wanted to stay here. Would he really do all of that for her?

And it sounded very tempting and she almost took it up until she realized how much pain was associated with this room. How much sobbing and crying she had done in it. Would wanting to come back here actually be a step backwards in her recovery? And she made so much progress so far that she didn't want to ruin it all.

She was about to tell him her decision when his lips found hers. She kissed him back gently before she pulled away from Lucy's announcement. "Yeah..." she said as she took a step back and looked at Xenos as she nodded her head. "I'm ready to go too."

An embarrassed look come up onto Lucy's face as she caught them like that. It made her feel like a peeping tom or some kind of creeper, but she tried to ignore the awkwardness rising inside her like her blush was building on her face. Instead, she threw her two canvas bags into the room before easily pulling herself back in through the window.

She dusted herself off and sorted out her bags again, pulling them onto her shoulders to give Harper and Xenos another moment to themselves to finish the conversation she'd interrupted before finally turning around again and walking towards them, hoping her face didn't show any of the small ball of fear that was starting to build in her chest.

Xenos felt more than a little embarrassed as he tried to figure out just how much Lucy had witnessed of his conversation with Harper. It did bug him too much though as they both said they were ready to leave. He felt especially happy about hearing that from Harper. A smile found its way onto his face as he looked at the two girls. "All right. Take my hands. This is going to be quite a bit trickier than the last one." The son of Nyx admits as he mentally prepares himself for what he was about to do. "I may need you two to catch me when we get there."

Seeing Xenos smiled only made Harper smile in return. Once she grabbed his hand like instructed, she raised her eyebrows at him. "Catch you?" she said as she eyed him and especially his injured shoulder. Worry showed in her eyes as she looked back up at him. "Are you straining yourself again?" she asked sternly. "You should shadow-travel this much, Xenos. You know better than this." She sighed as she pushed her hair out of her face before she looked over at Lucy. "I think it's better off if we walked. I don't need him to be sent to the infirmary again because he's being stupid."
