"Sweet," Flynn said with a smile as she stuffed the rest of the cupcake in her mouth. The high that she had from before was slowly fading away, but, for once, she didn't feel the need to break out a joint and get higher than the clouds. Nah, Vega's cupcakes were doing that to her and they didn't leave a nasty aftertaste like weed did. She could definitely could deal with being a cupcake tester. That sure beat a lot of things she could've done around the legion.

Flynn was about to grab another cupcake when she paused for a moment. Cupcake really offered how to teach her to bake. "Well, shit, I have to take you up on an offer like that." She smirked as she grabbed another one and set it down in front of her. "Can you teach me how to make shit like this?" she asked as she gestured to the cupcake. "Because I'm game. I'll probably not be as good as you, but I'm game."

Vega broke out in a wide smile at Flynns response to her offer. She was glad her rambling made it past translate and that she even liked the idea. When Flynn walked in all she knew about her was trouble and she was glad to have a chance to actually get to known the girl behind that trouble. She hoped they could be friends. Vega honestly didn't have many of those. She nodded softly at the girl " Yeah, I could teach you how to make pretty much everything here. Cupcakes, muffins, coffee, exc. I've been doing it for so long." she said and gave a small giggle at Flynn's comment "Its not about them being good or bad, its mostly about the time and love you put into making them. Cupcakes are cupcakes regardless of taste, but putting a little bit of extra care in with them makes all the difference." she said, laughing at how cheesy it all sounded. Like a bad quote from a baking book. "My mom always says the people that come here don't come for the best taste in the world but they come for a welcoming place. Somewhere everyone knows each other and where they know that everything was made with care and love." she paused for a second and laughed again, louder and more vocal this time "I know pretty cheesy huh? But it's a nice thought" she said taking another bite of her cupcake.

"Cupcakes and muffins?" Flynn said with a chuckle as she shook her head. "Damn, Cupcake, now I have to take you up on that offer. Nobody really offers to teach me anything, especially this baking shit or whatever." Flynn shrugged her shoulders before she decided to dig into the cupcake in front of her. If she could make anything half as good as Vega, she probably would have a good thing going on. As she was eating, she looked at Vega as she rambling on about care and love. One thing was for sure, Flynn was in love with Vega's cooking. "Nah," she said as she shook her head after she finished her bite. "It's good to be cheesy. Gods know we don't get enough of that shit around here. It's all wars and fucks in the cohort." She looked over at Vega as she smirked a bit. "But I'm fine with cheesy. We need more of that love and care shit."

Flynns excitement only made Vega more excited. She loved that she was excited to learn something and honestly? Vega was excited that she wanted to learn. With the exception of Cam, she didn't see or talk to many of the cohorts outside of camp. Sure she went to a few parties every now and then with Jen but nothing like this. The shop was like a comfort zone to her and the idea of certain people coming in stressed her out but Flynn was a exception. She didn't want to fix her, she knew what Flynn did in camp and how she acted towards some of the others, but this wasn't camp and she didn't deserve to be babied or thought of as trouble here. She wasn't some broken thing that need Vega to fix her with friendship. Here she was just Vega's...friend. But everyone deserved some love and care, even the platonic kind. She smiled and nodded "I guess you're right, we have to cheer up our chaotic lives some how." she said with a more chipper tone, she didn't think she was being cheesy which she thought was good. "So its settled then. Whenever you have a few Sunday you can meet me here and I'll teach you whatever I've got for the day." she said with a confident nod to the plan. Teaching Flynn would be fun!

It was a done deal. Flynn was going to learn how to bake some delicious shit from a very cute Cupcake. She nodded her head before she stuffed the rest of the cupcake in her mouth. Now that her buzz was wearing off, she could finally feel the effects of eating so many cupcakes at once. She wasn't going to be sick right there and then, but she needed to stop. Plus, she needed to think about her upcoming baking lessons... dates if you will. She closed up the box here cupcakes were in to eat later. Or, knowing her cohort, someone would find them in their munchie rage. "I think I got plenty of Sundays off for a while," Flynn with a smirk as she looked at Vega. This would definitely be fun, no doubt. "But I probably should get out of your hair. You've been too kind to me with your time and cupcakes." She grabbed the box as she stood up. "So I'll see you next Sunday, cupcake." And with a chuckle, she walked out of the bakery.
