Accalia turned to Rowan as he guessed who Charlie was and she nodded a little, "uh... yeah, sure. Leaner muscle than you, I guess," she agreed.
Oh yes, Harper had been peering through the window when Charlie picked her up, flowers and all. Then Harp asked if they were going out again and Accalias ears reddened once more. "Yeah... I think, I think we are," she said in a soft, almost squeaky voice.

Then Rowan, fabulous brother that he was, gave his piece about knowing who Charlie was in order to hunt him down if necessary. "Thanks, Ro," she muttered as he crossed back to his bed. She turned back to Harper, "We'll take things... remotely slow, I think."

Harper couldn't help but squeal when Accalia said that she was probably going on another date with this Charlie person. She grabbed one of her pillows off of her bed and held it close as she kept up with her squealing. However, Rowan had to ruin it with threatening the poor boy. He brought Accalia flowers for crying out loud! He wasn't going to break her heart! Harper knew the kind that broke hearts. She dated multiple of them.

She rolled her eyes before she added. "Just make it quick when you cut off his balls, will ya Rowan? We don't want the poor boy to go through cruel and unusual punishment." But Accalia said she'd take things slow and Harper wiggled her eyebrows suggestively. "Sooo.... why don't you tell me more about him?"

Accalia muttered thanks to him, but Rowan couldn't tell if it was sincere or sarcastic. He shrugged from under his blanket. “As long as he doesn't hurt you, he's got nothing to fear from me.” It was good to hear that she intended to take things slowly, though. Not that Rowan was in any position to judge, but it just seemed like a slower pace was better for really getting to know someone and how you felt about them.

He blinked at Harper in confusion over her comment about them not wanting the Charlie kid to suffer. “We don't?” he asked blankly. He couldn't see why they didn't want someone to suffer if they hurt a sibling. But Harper's attention was back on Accalia, requesting details. Rowan decided to listen in. He doubted he'd be able to fall asleep anyway, with Harper's volume level cranked up to....well, Harper.

Accalia chuckled nervously at Harpers squeal. She was glad she was happy, though, and not freaking out in a negative way. Then, of course, she had something to say concerning Rowans threats. Accalia really was grateful for Rowan being protective over her getting hurt, of course, as he confirmed. He seemed confused at Harpers words about not wanting Charlie to suffer and Accalia laughed, copying Harpers movement and grabbing her own pillow to hold to her chest. "No, we don't. He's a nice guy whether it works out between us or not," she explained, but she was stil laughing a little. She had quite the team on her side if anything ever went wrong. Or even if it went right, they were very supportive.

Harper asked her to tell more about Charlie and Accalia shrugged, shrinking into the pillow. "Well, what's to tell? He's nice, funny, shy... I don't know. He's just.... Charlie," she flopped onto her bed, lying on her back and looking up at the cieling. "He's not the strong silent type like Jake was... but he's got strength in there, I think."

Harper had to smirk when Accalia agreed on not hurting Charlie. It was nice that they had a protective brother in the cabin, but sometimes that protectiveness went a little too far. And someone possibly becoming a eunuch was a little too far. But it looked like Rowan was sleeping or trying to sleep. Harper didn't know. For all she knew, he could've been plotting this poor Charlie’s death.

She rolled her eyes as she brought her attention to Accalia as she raised her eyebrows as she waited on Accalia to describe him. And she did. And Harper smiled widely and tried to suppress her giggles to not disturb Rowan. “I have to meet him soon,” she said as she nodded her head. “He sounds like a keeper.”

Accalia assured him that they did, in fact, not want to hurt Charlie. Rowan grumbled, but didn't argue the point. Besides, so long as Accalia was happy, there would be no need to go after the kid.

He smirked from under his covers when Harper mentioned that she needed to meet him. “On that, we agree.” He looked over at the two girls, a lazy smirk crossing his face.

“The meeting him thing. Not the keeper thing. The kid could be a Tylenol release gelcap of mean and crazy, so I'm reserving judgment for now.”

“Buuuut I'm glad he makes you happy.”

Harper said she had to meet Charlie soon and Accalias eyes widened a little. She swallowed nervously, "yup," she squeaked. Not that she didn't WANT Harper to meet him... but she could be scary intense.

Rowan said he agreed, about meeting him, not necessarily the 'he's a keeper' part. Accalia giggled, maybe more than she meant to due to the nerves. Rowan added, after that Tylenol comment, that he was glad Charlie made her happy. She nodded, smiling sheepishly at him, "thanks."

She cleared her throat, "and, uh, what about you guys? Anything exciting going on?" a subject change would be nice for a chance to breathe, she thought.

Harper was expecting to dig more into Accalia and figure out more about this Charlie person, but she had to turn the tables. Harper raised her eyebrows as she thought for moment. Was anything exciting going on in her life? Well... Xenos dumped her, Cody was back from the dead, and she met some guy named Leon who was a really good kisser. But it was all normal in Harper's life and everything was just... boring compared to Accalia. "Nah," she said as she shook her head. "You seem to be the only one getting action lately. I can't tell you the last time I've been on a date. It's been too long."

[Rowan Clay]

Rowan shrugged one shoulder from his bed at Accalia’s question. “Afraid not. As it turns out, a fight-happy child of Demeter with no talent for flower arrangements isn’t popular outside of the occasional Ares camper wanting a fight.” Probably didn’t help that Rowan had a tendency to focus almost singlemindedly on what he was doing and didn’t handle subtleties well. He’d been politely informed of missed opportunities in the past; other guys expressing jealousy over someone’s attention Rowan hadn’t even known he had.

Well, eventually he’d get lucky and meet a fighter. In fact, given the life he led, he probably stood a better chance than most.

“I did manage to get my tulip bed growing,” he added as an afterthought. It wasn’t anything impressive, given that he was doing it human-style instead of just waving his hands like his siblings, but it was something he’d done himself, to the best of his ability, and Rowan had a little pride over that.
