His mother and father don't approve of his partying ways, but since he has joined the Legion they cannot stop him as he is now an adult. He enjoys dancing to good music and drinking to his heart's content. He is very happy to be placed into the Fourth Cohort, the Party Cohort as he calls it. He spends a good deal of his time hanging out with the various men and women around the cohort and working down in his stills. He loves drinking and gets in various drinking contests whenever he possibly can. He has never been too keen on fighting, especially because he can't fight drunk to save his life. Fighting = Sober, and he doesn't like that, he enjoys his buzz. godly parent-- Bacchus Roman family-- Leonora McLeoud, Fourty, Retired Legionaire pets-- None hometown-- New Rome history-- Duncan was born in New Rome, and was raised by his mother, who retired from the Legion in order to raise her son. His mother was of Scottish decent, born and raised in Scotland before her parentage was revealed to her and she took the long journey to Camp Jupiter. After passing through the wolf house and Lupa, she joined the legion and served the Senate proudly. Her appearance and party ways attracted Bacchus, the Roman God to her. They had a small relationship, and she grew to be pregnant. Nine months later, she gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. Duncan was raised by his mother, and followed in her footsteps as a party lover, much to her ire. She had tried to raise him to be better then she was, but he had learned fast how to do the things he wasn't supposed to do. He did some training with his mother, but he simply didn't have the aptitude for fighting. What he was good at, was running a still and brewing his own drinks. His mother wasn't aware of it, but he had learned how to do so. This was his way of drinking and his mother not knowing about it. The day his whole life changed was the day that his mother informed him he would be joining the Legion. He wasn't happy to say the least. He would have to be very crafty, trying to continue his drinking and brewing in the Legion. He knew that the praetors wouldn't take kindly to drunken behavior and such. But after getting a letter from his mother, he was placed into the fourth cohort, and couldn't be happier. These were his people, and, best of all, once he told them of his love of brewing and his skill, one of the Vulcan kids was borrowed to make him an underground area where he could set up all of his stills at the same time.
