Shes very intelligent but her personality usually puts people off. She doesn't see herself as anything other then just boring. Cleo has always been on her own but she wants to change that, she doesn't just want to be a floater in the background but make a name for herself. Having found out she was a demigod late in life, Cleo feels left out of everything and is still working on how to get use to being a demigod. All this new found realization on life made her more cynical about life and completely unmotivated to do more with her new found abilities and strengths. Though it has given her a new found love for Greek mythology and a sense of family. Shes not much of a fighter at all, though she has a knack for inventions and plans. She can get out of a tight situation quick while seeing all that is in front of her and all that is around her in once quick glance due to her photographic memory. Her birth father had gifted him Cleo after his wife couldn't have a baby and felt his brilliant mind needed to be pasted down. Sadly though when this happened His wife left him and the man cursed the goddess and baby, leaving her to her mothers will and killed himself shortly after due to his work failing. Athena didn't just leave the child but left her with a second chance. She never had no birth certificate and was found under a street light by a police man named Perry Price and his boyfriend Tom. The two were professors at a University in New York and took the baby in as their own. They named her Cleopatra and took the small demigod as their own but with no records of her birth and her even being alive their life was soon complicated and shortly after her 4th birthday, she was taken by social workers and put into the extensive foster home system in new york. There things went down hill, Cleo wasn't a charming child or extremely cute and with her lack of paper work, no one wanted to adopt a child that didn't fully exist. Once the orphanage got her some new papers, she had been 10 and things took the worst dive of all. That winter she had been playing with some kids when they were attacked by some monster(that she would later learn was a hellhound) and once the adults drove it away Cleo was blamed for it. The Caretaker yelled at her for not being able to protect herself and what sort of demigod was this kid, a term she hadn't known at the time. After that happened no one bothered to set Cloe up for adoptions, by that time it was too later for her to get a family. Her teen years included staying locked up mostly. Her Caretaker would always burn some weird herbs in the house so she found safety in her room. There she learned from every book she could get her hands on, but it was never enough for her. She always wanted more. It wasn't till she was 16 that she got that chance. While walking back from the library one day she ran into a older man. Turns out he was a professor at a local University who taught Psychology. This was of course her old adoptive father Perry Price. Once the two were connected again she soon learned all that she had been missing out on when she was taken from the family. For the next six months they spent a lot of time together, in coffee cafe's, libraries, and even on the university campus. When he told her that he could get her into the university by adopting her they both were ecstatic. She ran home and told her caretaker to get her papers since the next day she was going to out of there and with a real family. The next day came though and he never showed. Then the day after that, and the day after that. Three months later Cleo finally lost all will and hope and took matters into her own hands. She took her belongings and left. For the next 3 years she worked any job she could find, sleeping in all sorts of places and barley living. That's when the attacks happened again. First it was just a few stray dogs she managed to out run or climb a tree away from. Then muggers started following her. More often with each passing month. She learned to get things the only way she could by working for it. She gave up on the idea of friendship and when she tried at 18 to get into that University that her once hope for a family worked at, they said that no one knew that name and that she did not have the funds to get in. Lost and broken she for the last time returned to the orphanage where her caretaker was still there. Turns out after all these years her family was closer then it seemed. Her caretaker was once a priestess of Athena in Athens and was watching over her for her mother.
