"Did you just get here? Have you seen Sam anywhere?"

Ciel grabbed a coke and turned his back to the table, leaning against it. As he drank, he glanced over at anyone else who might be standing by, smiling his idiotic grin. Ciel quickly recognised the guy's face, but took a moment to associate a name to it.

"Some party, eh?" He attempted to make conversation, all the while resuming his carefree manner."I've only been here five minutes and its pretty good so far."

Harper looked around the room and saw John standing by the snack table. Well, hopefully he knows what happened to her. She stood up and walked over towards him.
"Hey, pretty boy. What did you do to my sister?"

John looked at the boy at the snack table. He shrugged.
"It was good, but now it's going downhill." Downhill since I got water dumped on me.
He looked over and saw Harper approaching him.
"I didn't do anything. Accalia kinda just left me on the dance floor."

Harper raised her eyebrows. "She left you? Did she say where she was going?" I hope she's okay.
She then turned to the boy that John was talking to earlier and smiled at him. "I'm sorry, where are my manners? I'm Harper, daughter of Demeter."

John shrugged. "All she did was thank me for the dance and left." He wasn't going to mention the kiss. Even if it was a peck, he was confused on what it meant all together. He sighed; Demeter girls were complicated.

Makayla looked at the boy who walked over to her. The kid who was playing with Kyler the other day. "I guess so." She sighed.

Ash sighed as he finally gave up his pretty pathetic dancing. Jumping as someone tapped his shoulder, he quickly turned around. "Gods, Summer! You scared me!" He raised his eyebrows. "Nope, haven't seen Sam yet, I was just looking for you guys." He shrugged. "You look... Nice..." He stopped himself from blushing.

I blushed. "Um, you do too." I looked away. "So..." I said. "Anything new happen...?" Gods, I was lame.

Ash smiled, blushing too. "Thanks..." He chuckled. "Nah, not really. What about you?"

Taylor watched everyone dancing and talking before finally deciding she needed to do something. Sighing and sucking it up that she didn't have Josh or James to comfort her, she walked over to 2 people talking. Sadly, she had chosen the wrong 2 people. One of them was John. Hoping she wasn't.... interrupting anything, she smiled at the girl. "Uh... Hi... I'm Taylor... Daughter of Apollo..." She shot a slight dagger glare at John.

I shook my head. "Nothing either..." This was awkward.

"Um, I'm going to the refreshments table. You want anything?"

John saw Taylor-the-water-dumper walk up the the snack table and start introducing herself to Harper. He noticed that she did not have a glass of water in her hand, yet.
"If you'll excuse me," he started some dumb reason to get away from her. "I think I see... Ah yes! Coming!"
He then scampered away to a throng of Aphrodites. At least they would treat him right, hopefully.

Harper turned away from the guy she was introducing herself to and saw the girl singing earlier approaching her and John making some lame excuse and practically running away.
"Nice to meet you, Taylor," she smiled. "I'm Harper, daughter of Demeter. And what have you done to John to make him scamper away that fast?" She laughed. "He never does that when I come up to him and I've mushed potatoes in his hair."
