Party Time

Ciel nodded as John spoke, not really listening to what he was saying, mainly due to the approach of several girls. Gods, is it mandatory that every female camper looks like a supermodel? Their mere appearance in general was just...woah. But he was by no means complaining. There were no words to describe them that did them any justice at all.

And then one of them spoke to him, an especially pretty girl who he would have sworn was an Aphrodite kid, had she not said otherwise. For a milisecond, he was lost for words, which was a first, but he soon came to his senses."Ciel, son of Zeus. Perhaps you've heard of me." He chuckled lightly at his lame attempt at a joke before continuing, "its good to meet you, Harper." Ciel racked his brains for some form of witty comment to throw in, but came up with absolutely nothing, what with his lack of an imagination, probably making himself look like an idiot, as he'd gone oddly silent. That in itself was unbelievably unlike him.
"Uhh.. nice dress."

Taylor nodded. "Nice to meet you, Harper." She looked at the guy on the other side of her. "Hello." She smiled, then looked back at Harper. "John? Oh. He wouldn't take a hint that I didn't like him so, naturally, I poured water over his head." She laughed.

[Harper Jones]

"Really? Water?" Harper laughed. "Then that verifies my theory he's the wicked witch of the camp."
Harper turned back to boy as he introduced himself.
"Nice to meet you, Ciel." She smiled at him. "And I'm afraid I haven't heard of you." She laughed. "But that might be just me, since I've only been a here a couple of months on my second time around." Ciel was a cute boy and there was no reason she couldn't flirt with him. "Thanks. You don't clean up bad yourself."

Ciel smiled right back into those dazzling blue eyes of hers. "Yeah, thats gotta be it. But you know what? My friends over there bet me that I wouldn't go talk to the most beautiful girl in the room." The stupid, cocky grin returned to his face as he spoke, "Yeah well, I guess they owe me ten drachma now." The comment was cheezy, and stupid he knew, but it wasn't unusual to come up with such phrases. It was better than saying nothing, anyway.

[Harper Jones]

Harper cocked an eyebrow. "Ten drachma, eh? Since you told me, you owe me half of it." She laughed. "But that debt can be paid off if you dance with me." She held out her hand. "What do you think?"

[taylor]

"Well," Taylor giggled. "I can see I'm not needed. It was nice to meet you Harper." She smiled and walked to her table again, propping her head up on her hand and closing her eyes slightly.

"awesome" I told Makayla and saw that Tay was alone in a table "see you around Makayla and tell your brother that if he needs help he can call me" I smiled and headed for Tay "so what's up Tay?" i asked Tay

Sam walked in, extremely late. She had a...dilemma. Her dress got pie on it, so she used magic to fix it, but it just made it worst. So, she had to find another dress to wear. She ended up with this:

Liam was a bit angry at the Aphrodite kids as he walked into the party. Not one of them mentioned a party to him and about an hour ago one of his halfsiblings from the Hephaestus cabin had asked him why he wasn't at the party. So, he ended up in a dress shirt, slightly ripped jeans and a pair of REALLY dirty shoes. Not that Liam really cared, he just thought he would look like an idiot.

Sam noticed Liam walk in late also, "Hey. Fashionably late?"

"I wouldn't say fashionably... I mean... Look at what I'm wearing... But yeah. I'm late." He sighed. "I just heard about the party an hour ago."

I turned to see Sam and Liam talking. I almost called out to them, but didn't want to ruin their moment.

Ciel laughed along with Harper, though stopped abruptly at the mention of dancing."Sure, sounds great!" He smiled, unable to completely believe his luck, though of course he didn't show an ounce of surprise on his face."I'll warn you in advance, though. I'm not a great dancer." He laughed lightly, motioning for Harper to walk into the dance floor with him.

Harper walked onto the dance floor with Ciel. "I highly doubt you're that bad." She laughed. "As long as you're better than my little brother, Aiden. He's a boring old stick-in-the-mud who'll barely shuffle his feet." She then grabbed his hands and started dancing with him.

"Nobody told you? That sucks. I just had a wardrobe malfunction." Sam sighed, placing a hand on her hip. "What are we even suppose to do at this 'party'?"
