John returned his attention back to Taylor. "So your ferrets' names are Josh and James? What made you pick them?" John could tell that Taylor wasn't warming up to him, so he was desperately trying to make small talk.

"Que pensez-vous de Josh et James? Pensez-Jean est juste un majig fluage flirter?" She looked down at her ferrets, both of whom were making squeling sounds, as if warning her of something. "Yeah. That's what I thought." She sighed looking over at John. "I dunno... I just... Did." She shrugged. "So, do you always walk around a party flirting with random french girls?" She raised an eyebrow and laughed slightly.

Harper smiled as Cody pulled her back onto the dance floor again. She laughed as she danced with him. Scratch that, THIS is more fun than the food fight. And Chiron approves!

And if that isn't enough, then here." She picked up a glass of water that someone had left at the table, standing up and dumping it on John's head as she walked to the snack table. She knew she wasn't that mean, in fact she was actually normally quiet happy, but she hated guys randomly flirting with her and when someone didn't get the message, she would make them.

John sat there in his soaking clothes with his mouth wide open. What was with these girls? Did Harper create an army of John-haters? He picked up what was left of his dignity and stalked off to the bathroom, hoping to get somewhat dry.

Thank gods. Taylor would rather be by herself then talk with that idiot flirt, John. "Come on, James and Josh, let's find a dry table in the corner, maybe no morons will find us there." She muttered, putting the ferrets back in her handbag as she walked across the dance floor to an empty table in the corner.
