Inactivity Policy

So, we've been noticing that there's been characters that have been going inactive. This is a policy we're implementing for those who left without notifying staff. (If you're absent and notified staff about your absence, you're exempt from the following.)
1. Any non-Big Three character that has not logged in the past 90 days will be deemed inactive.
2. Any Big Three character that has not logged in the past 60 days will be deemed inactive.
When your character is deemed inactive, the following will happen:
1. Your application will be moved to the inactive files
2. Your spot in the cabin will open up.
3. Your play by is up for grabs again.
Of course, there is the opportunity to come back and activate your character again, but please note that you will be placed on a wait list if your cabin is closed and you must choose a new play by if yours was grabbed by someone else.
Sorry for having to pose this on people, but this is how we're trying to be fair to everyone.
