Need Sister/Twin

Okay... I know I'm navigating some rocky waters here, but Charlotte said I could... so yea.. here goes nothing. Basically my character Hailey has this twin named Hannah and since the person who was playing Hannah went inactive, I'm "reopening" the character.
The gist of Hannah is she's the evil twin compared to Hailey. The girls were really close when they were younger, but something happened that made Hannah go bad. Hailey loves her sister and tries to protect her and that means struggling with her strong sense of right and wrong.
The only requirements for Hannah are:
- She's a member of the Hephaestus cabin.
- She's a little over 18.
- She must be "evil" some way
- History should match Hailey's.
- PB must be Ariana Grande.
I can give you ideas for the character since I play Hannah on another site. Also, I'm planning on "restarting" the history between these two since previously they gotten to the part where Hannah became good again. However, if you want to start where we left off, I guess I could go along with that too.
