Courtney A. Cartwright
Daughter of Apollo | 15 years old | Application

Courtney is a ray of sunshine--but watch out, or you'll get burned! Chatty, emotional, quirky, and a little ball of whirlwind energy, Courtney is hard to shut up once you get her talking. While generally kindhearted, she's a strong-willed free spirit who hates being told what to do. She's also got stubbornness out the wazoo, and hates being wrong about anything. She's a perfectionist who enjoys leading, but can't stand taking orders. Courtney often acts before she thinks, but hardly ever takes back or regrets anything she says or does. Just watch out for her temper, and don't be a jerk around her, and you should come out without bruises.

Courtney is still getting used to camp, and is still really angry at her Olympian father, Apollo, for...well...being her father. Courtney is her stepfather's little girl--she grew up believing he was her father, and he was the only family she had left after her mother died. So a surefire way to get on Courtney's nerves is to mention Apollo, as the wound still feels fresh.

Friends;
If you don't do anything to get Courtney upset with you, she can actually be pretty friendly, kind, and helpful. Of course, you'll have to deal with her quirkiness, emotional-ness, stubbornness, bluntness, perfectionism, and talkativeness. Courtney hopes to make some friends here at Camp Half-Blood, but she's not sure if here will be any better than school in terms of bullying. She at least hopes she'll be on good terms with her cabin-mates...

Enemies;
Despite her efforts to not judge others, Courtney is quick to make first impressions, and her dislike of being proven wrong can make these first impressions quite hard to break. Which means if she sees you being a jerk to somebody else, it's most likely she won't like you all that much. Also, you will become her enemy if you're mean or threatening towards her friends, as she's very loyal and protective. She doesn't particularly want enemies, but chances are she'll have them, like it or not.

Loves;
Courtney isn't really interested in love right now, as she's pretty convinced guys are pigs when it comes to relationships. Remember that she's fairly sheltered, though, and if someone's willing to come around and show her that guys aren't always jerks, we'll see. But at least for now, she's more likely to see a guy as just a friend, and will get flustered if any moves are put on her...or will slap the guy. It depends on what kind of "moves" we're talking about.

~ Court & Ivy ~
They gon’ be good friends. Ivy’s just the girl to deal with Courtney’s occasional craziness, though she’ll have to warn Ivy ahead of time that godly-parent discussions are a no-no. Ivy thinks this is all very bittersweet and strange and will want to talk about both her and Court’s powers, but she can take a hint. Gotta face the facts. I think they’ll be a good fighting-duo, too. If it ever comes up. Can you imagine the possibilities of this? I’m so excited!

Court & Ivy;

Yes! I DEFINITELY think these two would get to be awesome friends eventually, once Ivy realized the whole godly-parent thing is a sore subject and backed off. Really, Court would be asking Ivy the same questions--not because she's new, she's just curious xD. They're both perky and cheerful with a side that can fight. Also, both know some kind of martial art to a certain extent. They'd definitely make a good duo, if Ivy's ready to deal with Court's quirkiness, and if Court can deal with Ivy's curiosity and clingy-ness. I think the only thing left to figure out is...what we should do about thread plots xD. Do you actually WANT a plot, or do you just want one of us to throw up a starter and see where it goes? We could do it in the arena...or maybe the forest or something. I dunno. Thoughts?

Courtney and Tessa
They've got the same age... They both are stubborn... I see them challenging each other at the Climbing Wall!! Maybe they can be Frenemies? They challenge each other but some kinda like them and... Yep They both are new to Camp, Tessa was there since 4 months but the first week she was unconscious because of a stupid fury but... That's another story! So, what do you think about this?
(Oh and maybe in a few days I'll have a Nyx' Daughter who hates Apollo Kids, her App needs to be accepted, but maybe she can be a REAL Enemy to Court )
