Wedding Planning (Charlotte)

[Harper Jones]

Harper was just loving life at the moment. She was living in California with the love of her life and she was planning the most beautiful ceremony in the history of demigods. But things were going to get even better than before. Harper was at the airport barely containing her excitement. She was very close to the biggest reunion of her life. It took a lot of convincing her fiance and Chiron, but she finally was able to fly her best friend out for wedding planning. It had been months since they last saw each other. Charlotte's flight just got in and Harper was waiting impatiently for her at the baggage claim.

Ah. Nothing felt better then going to a dangerous place where monsters crawl around twenty-four seven to help a guy who tried to destroy her home get his wedding planned. He was lucky that he happen to marrying her best friend in the world, or he would be on a spike by now. She knew Harper had made her mind up though, and she would try and support her as best she could.

She smiled when she finally came out of the airport, that was the best thing though, flying. She smiled when she saw her best friend and couldn't help herself from screaming and running up and hugging her. "Harper!"Yes, this would all be worth it for her best friend.

Harper was getting impatient as she bounced on the balls of her feet. She glanced at the board announcing that Charlotte's flight would be unloading its luggage at this carousel. The moments seemed to drag by before Harper caught the sight of familiar brown hair.

"Charlotte!" she cried out as her best friend ran towards her. Once they were within each other's embrace, Harper squeezed her friend tight. "Gods," she muttered once they finally pulled away. "I missed you so much." Harper couldn't help but smile and giggle as she dragged her friend over to the luggage claim. "So how was your flight? How's camp? Aren't you excited to be my maid of honor?" The questions couldn't stop flowing out of her mouth as Harper acted like an excited toddler.

It felt great to see Harper again, she looked the same but felt so different to Charlotte. She wasn't that girl she use to be who was boy crazy and stubbern, though probably as rash as ever. She smiled at her friend and nodded "I've missed you too" she said before Harper went off on a rant of questions and laughed. "Clam down there speedy gonzales, All questions will be answered in due time. But first lets get out of here and do something that isn't talking in a airport." She said, grabbing her bag and pulling her firend with her "We've got some wedding planning to do. How about we get some coffee and start planning?"

Honestly, Charlotte wanted to go see where Xenos had them living. Two half bloods aren't easy to hide, excpeically in the west concidering how dangerous it is. She still trusted Xenos as far as she could kick him but she was trying. She had to try for Harpers sake. "Shall we?"

Harper couldn't help smiling after she stopped rambling. She still couldn't believe that her best friend was finally out in California with her. Everything was going to be perfect. This wedding was going to be perfect.

"Okay, okay," Harper said with a giggle as she squeezed her best friend's hand as Charlotte lead her out of the airport. "Over coffee sounds good anyway." Once they were outside, Harper tugged on Charlotte's hand leading her to the car waiting for them. "There's a really good coffee place right by our condo. They have such good lattes." She giggled as she opened the door and let her best friend go in first. "I still can't believe you're here," she gushed as she slid in next to her.
