It was four months since Nyx put her servant in that coma. Four months since that tea was spilled on Hades and he suggested to put her in a magical coma. Well, it was four months and Nyx honestly forgot she had her servant in a corner of her domain. She was floating by as she tried to decide what havoc she should cause when she found the body of her servant.
"Oh..." she muttered as she gently prodded the lifeless body with her foot. "I forgot I had you..." Then she snapped her fingers and the body disappeared at her feet.
Nyx didn't really care where she sent the body, but she sent it to Cerberus's dog house where her servant would magical wake up from her coma.

It took nearly three days for the magic to wear off, but when it did, it did. Trell snapped awake, trying to be as alert as she could. Of course, her body was screaming. She'd neither eaten or slept in the entire four months she'd been out, and of course, she had no clue how long she'd slept for. All she knew was that her stomach was screaming, her head ached, and she couldn't feel her throat. Then there was the big squishy thing she was laying on. It was warm, and seemingly covered in...fur? Her eyes widened as she heard a noise behind her. She didn't even need to take a second glance at the three sets of eyes on her, the adrenaline kicked in and she bolted.
She could hear the growls and barks behind her as she ran. Her legs yelled at her, but she had to keep going. Her surroundings were only a bit familiar, spotting land marks from all of her reading back at the camp. She knew that the River wasn't that far away, but it was still quite the run, especially with a three-headed dog on her tail. It felt like glass was digging into her feet, but she had to push herself. She had no black carriage to guide her this time, but she did feel the pull of the mortal world. Voices in her head whispered that she didn't belong, and she knew that. She was trying her best to get away.
She only paused to stop when she didn't hear the barking behind her anymore. She turned to look, and the monster was sitting still near the end of the valley she'd just run into. Apparently, he could go no further, and for that she was happy. Of course, everything was still screaming, and all she wanted to do was eat, but she knew better. She knew the stories. Once you took a bite of food from the Underworld, you were there for good. It was a good thing Nyx always fed her mortal food.
After what felt like hours of running, she finally took a break. She let herself just fall onto the sand under her feet, her eyes drifting shut. She awoke what seemed like minutes later to tiny claws digging at her flesh. She almost screamed when she saw the tiny demon-like creatures tearing at her legs and arms, but she kept her calm. She had to make it out alive. She kicked and punched and tore at everything she could with long nails she didn't remember having. It was then she heard the battle cry before she blacked out once again.
The next time she woke up, she was on a boat, a menacing man looming over her. She couldn't find the strength to move, though. "You don't belong here, little Demigod." She could barely nod, but her eyes stayed open, wary of everything around her. It seemed like days before the boat finally stopped. The scary man had the decency to even carry her out of the dreaded studio and hailed the three sisters for her. That was a whole other story. She could only go as two hundred drachma could get her, which was North Texas. From there, she used what little money she had left in her bank account to get back.
Of course, there was the Chimera in Ohio. Then the Boar in Virginia. Not to mention the rabid Harpies on the hill as she ran for her life back to the camp. But as soon as she finally pushed through the barrier, she knew she was safe. But the other Demi-gods weren't. She'd realized a few things on her trip.
One: The mark on her hand was slowly starting to fade, proving she was no longer under Nyx's control
Two: Her mother hadn't tried to help her at all while she struggled to get home.
Three: No one had tried to save her.
Four months. One week. Three days.
