Blood of Many Men Slaughtered (OPEN)

Audrey stood on top of the climbing wall as she looked down its edge with cold eyes. Chiron asked her... no forced her to help out with the climbing wall today. Audrey only took orders from her lady, but even then questioned them. Hell, she was questioning a lot of things lately, but that was only a problem to the authorities.

But today, she decided to give people trouble if they dare decide to climb the wall today. She paced a couple of feet over to where the a climber was and she tapped a pebble down the side. A wicked grin appeared on her face as that pebble caused a domino affect. It hit a bigger rock which then hit a bigger rock and it continued before it hit one of the rocks and knocked it out of its resting place. Lava started to ooze out of the void as Audrey glanced to see what the other campers would do.

It had been a rough week for the young Huntress. The cause? Well, being separated from Lady Artemis and planted at Camp Half-Blood-where boys ran amuck and the spawn of Aphrodite wandered freely. It was seriously stressful. Roxanna hadn't been able to get a proper night's sleep since arriving, eager to hear word from Lady Artemis that Roxanna and the other Hunters stationed at CHB could finally return to her. There had been nothing, however. So, Roxanna took to wandering about with her fellow Huntresses, avoiding all other campers as much as she possibly could. Today, she had trained with her trusty bow in the wee hours of the morning before the rest of the campers awoke so she wouldn't be bothered, then she had breakfast, then she had spent the rest of the morning racing with wood nymphs.

Now, Roxanna had found herself at the Climbing Wall; a lovely rock wall of tricks and traps and lava for everyone to enjoy. She'd found this activity particularly entertaining-especially if an Aphrodite kid attempted it. She stood at the base, gazing up at the scattered campers struggling to reach the top. Squinting, she spotted none other than Audrey at the very top, patrolling the edge and sending down a pebble, ultimately starting a lovely flow of lava towards the nearest victim camper. The poor kid scrambled to get out of the way as it surged downward, barely scuttling to his right before he got a mouthful of molten lava. The tips of his hair was singed, however. A loud, bubbly laugh came from Roxanna as the camper uttered a rather harsh curse. She gave two thumbs up to Audrey. "Nice kick!"

"Fire....why did it have to be fire." Tavian said out loud visually concerned about what was in front of him "Ever since the Cacus you have been afraid of it, we gotta break of you out it." Aides replied look rather calm at the idea of molten rock burning Tavian alive,"But why lava, i mean what tactical purpose does that even serve, when will I ever fight a volca-" Aides stomped his hooves in the dirt and grabbed Tavian by the Armour, "You want respect,you want to be a hero, you call yourself a son of Zeus, then stop acting like a piece of meat get up there and prove it!" Tavian was thrust forward by his protector, he had to go into a full run just to keep from falling.

sprinting up to the wall he could see the girl atop ruining everyone's day with her lava play,he did notice that hunter girl was getting a kick out of it, a fact that was disturbing by itself, "A friend of yours?" Tavian jested as he took a huge leap to get a firm hold on the wall as far way from he lave as possible, it was here he began his first treacherous clime up the wall, praying to his father silently that he would not be burned alive, "One foot before the other Tav, one foot before taht... oh my god!" A flaming boulder came screaming down the wall from above, Tavian barely made it out of the way jump to his left, "Now I'm being chased by flaming rocks....never had that before," As he struggled to continue he climb up, "Starting to miss Texas...just a little bit...everyday."

Audrey chuckled a bit as she watched the camper barely avoid the lava flow. This was quite amusing to her and a release, not the greatest one, to get some of her angst out. She glanced down below to see one of her fellow huntresses giving her a thumbs up. With a smirk, Audrey returned that thumbs up before she noticed someone running towards the wall.

"That's a first," she muttered as she saw the armor-clad man trying to crawl up the wall. She hadn't seen him around camp before, so she only assumed that it was the new Zeus boy everyone was talking about. If it wasn't, Audrey wasn't going to correct herself. What she was going to do was make his life a living hell. He already dodged a flaming boulder, what else could she do? Good thing she discovered one little button that made some very interesting things happen.

She sat down on the edge of the climbing wall as she glared down at the campers. Oh yes, they were going to get it today. She pressed the heel of her foot against one of the rocks that jutted out, which only went in to trigger the event.

Audrey was in a bad mood. Anyone with eyes could tell that much. Roxanna had learned over the years of traveling with the Hunter that it was best just to let Audrey vent her frustrations through physical exercise-or in this case tormenting the hopeless campers. Not that Roxanna had much of an issue with the fact, because she herself had been rather snappy since being left in the drag of a camp while the rest of her fellow Hunters and Artemis set off for some reason or another. She knew to trust her Lady, and she tried her hardest not to question any actions Artemis took-she was a goddess, and who's to argue with a goddess? But, all the same, Roxanna found herself counting the days she was left behind.

Roxanna laughed loudly as one camper fell backwards off the wall to avoid the onslaught of boulders Audrey had created. The camper caught themselves last second, but they'd surely feel pretty sore in the morning. The boy who'd just dodged Audrey's lovely flaming boulder was now heading upward with determination evident in his pace. Roxanna smirked, he must be a newbie if he thought he could reach the top with just some happy feelings. Especially when a temperamental Huntress was waiting at the top. Oh, she couldn't wait to see what Audrey had in store for the poor fool.
