Our application is formatted a specific way for a reason. PLEASE DO NOT ALTER THE APPLICATION IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM! If we do notice that you have altered the application, staff reserves the right to either pend your application until the problem is fixed or fix the issue without warning. If this becomes habitual, we will use disciplinary action. Please save us some headache and just copy and paste and fill in the application.
