The Starry Sky (Nyx Cabin)

Xenos looked around the cabin. Well, this place is as dark as ever, he thought to himself. He walked into the building and collapsed onto his bed. It had been nearly four years since he had been here last. Xenos had been gone searching for something that might wake the love of his life, Isabella La Rosa, daughter of Hecate, from the coma she had been in. Nothing seemed to worked. He couldn't even get the golden fleece to wake her from her slumber. His cat, Bandit, jumped onto the bed and laid down next to him. He remembered when he had found it in a city alley, about a year ago. With a smile to Bandit, he turned around and looked at the beautiful starry sky that was the cabin's roof.

Raphael stood in the door of the Nyx cabin. "well now your back,took you long enough." he picked up a dusty trophy from a capture the flag game. "i remember this...." he definitely remembered the trophy, he gave it to xenos after saving his life during the game. he looked over at the man laying on the bed. "no, dont stand up. please its just me." he leaned against the wall and stared at him. "So, why did you come back now?"

"Because, I'm tired," Xenos replied, "I want to do some research to try and see if there is anything i missed." Xenos looked at the kid, and thought damn, he got tall. "So what have you been up to, midget." Xenos crawled out of bed, forcing Bandit to jump to the ground.

"this and that" he chuckled reading Xenos. "i also got better at reading people. Vladimir got smaller though." his snake slithered out of his left pocket and wrapped around Raphaels wrist. hes gonna have some cleaning to do in here to pass weekly inspection...wow theres a lot of dust "what the hell did you do during these four years? and did you even get any of my messages about shanna?"

"I've been looking for a way to wake her up." He seemed to lose some of himself when he said that. "And no I've not gotten a single message from you." He looked at his young friend. "What happened?" He asked

he cleared his throat when he brought shanna up. "well two years ago when we left camp for the school year....," he cleared his throat again "she was ambushed by another minotaur and killed." he looked down at the cat that was rubbing up against his legs. "whats with the tabby?" he kneeled down started petting the cat.

"He's a stray I found in San Francisco about a year ago." he said, while watching the cat. " He's a bit unique. It seems he was blessed by my mother as a very special creature of the night." At that time Bandit decided to mess with Raphael, and winked at him. "He is smart enough to read, and can speak with me." He picked up the black tabby, and started petting him. "Hey, kid wanna do something fun?"

his jaw dropped when the cat winked at him and he stared at it for a couple seconds before shaking it off. he stayed kneeling down in front of the door and comprehend what Xenos said. "wait the cat can read? like books?" he shook his head again and stared at the cat again while replying to what Xenos said. "sure why n-" he got interrupted by Xenos.

Xenos put down Bandit, and then charged Raphael. Xenos loved the face Raphael made as he rushed him. Xenos closelined his young friend. He could not keep the grin off his face as he tackled Raphael. Xenos ran toward the door with Raphael still against his arm, and shadow traveled to the arena. Once there, he let go of the younger man and said. "Let's fight. No weapons just a simple hand to hand fight."
