"Blobby? Me? No, no. I think the blob is you." Harvey almost whispered the phrase, treating it as though it was some kind of sacred secret. A light feeling -almost indistinguishable from the buzzing- drew his deep blue eyes down to where their hands were joined. Confusion throbbed harshly against the pleasant buzz as he wondered when that had happened. Who had initiated. The question was answered mere moments later as his friend drew away. "It's fine!" His voice revealed his minor confusion but regardless he offered his friend a genuine smile.

Oh. The blush was back. Harvey cocked his head to the side to study it and a wave of dizziness forced him to close his eyes as the blood in his head increased. Right. He was still upside down. Once the world righted itself he could trust himself to speak. "Honesty is always good!" His response was quick once he understood the question. After all when didn't they tell each other what was on their mind? Even if it resulted in the long week of not talking. Not his fault Marvel was superior to DC.

He listened quietly as his friend spoke, smile slowly turning into a frown as the words came. While the words made sense, in some weird way that he couldn't really explain in his current state of head-blood-rush mixed with alcohol, they also didn't. It took a few moments before he realized he was supposed to string the statements together. 'I like you.... Arrows...' Harvey connected the two things rather quickly. Arrows meant it wasn't real, right? Or at least that's how Harvey usually perceived it. He didn't like the idea that someone else could play matchmaker for him. "So... You don't want to like me?" Harvey asked, trying to clarify that he did in fact understand what was going on.

Jeremie shook his head a bit, whipping his eyes some. "No... Not at all... I mean, I like the feeling, I just worry you wouldn't feel the same." He soon gulped again. "It's okay if you don't, it's not like I'm anything special.. I'm just the Athena cabin's computer nerd." He laughed lightly, letting loose a breath. "Sorry... I didn't mean to unload all of that on you Harvey, I just felt I'd be lying to you if I didn't.. Um, come clean? You're one of the nicest, sweetest guys I know.... And I guess that made it's way into my heart." He smiled softly to the other.

His head was starting to hurt from the effort he was putting in to work past his confusion. Or maybe it was the position he was still in. Harvey focused as much as he could on Jeremie's words, even going as far to mouth a few almost to himself. Just to verify what he thought he heard was what was actually said. There was a small pause as he finally -about twenty minutes late- moved from his increasingly uncomfortable position on the back of the couch to sit down properly. Though 'sprawled' might have been a better term.

All this movement still didn't help him know what to respond with.

"You..." Harvey started before trailing off. Pulling Sonic into his lap from where the Hedgehog had been disturbed from his change of position was a good stalling technique. "You're my friend?" He tried again, offering a still confused grin. 'You're special to me.' went through his head briefly before being buried underneath the sensation of the blood rushing from his head. Finally.

"Of course I am..  Your one of the few people I trust..." Jeremie said with a smile, finally moved from the potion he was in prior. A huge part of Jeremie wished Harvey didn't hear half of what he rambled, or anything sometimes Jeremie thought it'd be better if he was quite. He soon pulled the frames back over his dilated pupils. 'It was nice to finally see again..' He though he glanced to the still inebriated male and sighed softly. "Do you need anything to drink? Other than alcohol." Jeremie had no idea where to get liquor in general, maybe just head to Dionysus' cabin? Ehh.. It was late, Jeremie didn't wanna change to just snag booze. Though as his thoughts scrambled like they usually did, he noticed the others grin. 'Why was he grinning? What did I say? Gods he cute with that smile...'  Jeremie isn't even sure if that was in his thoughts or if he was actually spoke, thank the Gods he wasn't all that coherent to began with or... Jeremie really didn't wanna think the 'or' factor.

Harvey couldn't help but continue grinning as he watched his friend sort himself out. If he just pushed away the still throbbing confusion then there was nothing to bother him. Yes. Far better not to think about the confusion that his friend was giving him. It harshed too much with the pleasant buzz he had going on still.

"You don't need to, Jer! Just..." he gestured expansively to the room at large, "continue on!" As if he wasn't even here. Perhaps paying attention to him. That might be nice. In fact... Harvey turned to Jeremie and his grin turned slyly, mischievous. About how he looked right before the bucket of glitter dumped itself on an unsuspecting camper's head. "Read to me?" He laughed a bit at his own request.

Jeremie smiled, it was a simple request so it wasn't like he could refuse the son of Dionysus. "Alright, that's not hard... Just one moment.: Jeremie said as he raised his left palm, soon making his way to his bed and removing an old blanket from atop the comforter, with the stack of books conventionally pleased on his nightstand. "Alright Harvey.. I have a few books, I'll let you pick.." Jeremie sat right next to the other, placing the tattered blanket on his lap as he offered up the selection of books: from comics, graphic novels, manga, to text books, encyclopedias, and other miscellaneous novels to boot. "Anything catch your eye?"

"No rush!" Harvey said to reassure his friend. As the confusion faded and his buzz returned to focus, Harvey let his head flop back against the couch. It was nice here. Comfy, warm, and it smelled it like books. Which might not have been an incentive to many as to why to like a place but Harvey came from the Dionysus Cabin and it did not smell like books. His eyes followed the slight boy around the Cabin, smiling as he returned back with his usual too large stack of books. So much reading, Harvey didn't know how he managed. He scooted over a bit to make room for Jeremie as the other sat down before pretty much flopping down, head falling close to Jeremie's lap. "Uhh... This one." He reached up to pull one down at random, only grinning when he saw the familiar form of Iron Man on the cover.

Jeremie blinked, a bit flustered. "O-Ohh... Hehe.. How did that get in there..." Though, Harvey was a fellow nerd, Jeremie always got a little embarrassed when someone found or spotted his memorabilia. "...." A light gulp and a light squeak came from him as he so noticed the other closeness, he shook a little as he felt the other rest in his lap. "T-This is nice, don't you think?" Jeremie soon asked as he placed a bit of cloth on the other. "It's picturesque in away.. Well, to me it is.. Oh! Sorry, I didn't intend on changing the topic.. But this one of the newer graphic novels they've been publishing as of late. I've been a bit hesitant to read it to be frank.. But, maybe we could enjoy it together?" Jeremie offered with a smile looking down at the other.

Harvey just grinned widely at Jeremie's flustered words. Unlike Jeremie, Harvey had never had a problem revealing his memorabilia to other people. No, he was much more a corruptor than the other male. After all, how was he going to bring others to share in the wonders of the fandom if he never brought out the Iron Man? Harvey hummed a bit to himself, pleasantly relaxed as he scooted further so he could rest his head in Jeremie's lap without straining his neck. "Real nice. Comfortable." he agreed readily, glad that they were back on track. The cloth thing was nice. Like a blanket, too. Harvey looked up at the comic at Jeremie's comment, frowning slightly before shrugging. " Iron Man is Iron Man. Steal the rings from your fingers- oh, wrong world." Harvey laughed a bit at himself before poking the book. "Can't be too bad!"

Jeremie sighed patted the other lightly. "It's okay... I know what you mean Harvey..." Jeremie said, playing a bit with the others hair, he couldn't really help it. This was the closet he had gotten to his crush. "Harvey...." He said in a soft tone. "Harvey... Do you like me?" He asked and quickly rephrased. "And... Not like, 'like' but... Well, let me explain... Harvey.." Jeremie took a pause. "Harvey, i like... you, I've.. liked you a lot... I um... I think... I know.. I..." A gulp came, his lips trembled a bit as he first. "Harvey... I love you.."
