Tadhg had no idea what the hell Cyrus was talking about. He could sort of make sense of it, but the boy struggled enough with simple subjects as it was. He wasn't exactly the most intelligent kid out there. He had trouble concentrating in class especially with all the bullying that happened back home. The one difference between school and Cyrus is that he actually enjoyed listening to the flower boy talk. Besides, he never really gave a shit what his teacher's thought. He wanted to please Cyrus though, wanted to make him like him.

He stared at his flower boy with a rather confused look on his face and nodded slowly, not wanting to seem stupid. Who would like a boy who's not only an emotional wreck but stupid as well? He would avoid looking like both of those things for as long as possible. Unfortunately, he wasn't very good at that. Being the son of chaos his impulse control was basically non-existent. Blurting out stupid things was fairly common as well as the tears that follow. The only thing that separated him from a sociopath was the immediate regret that followed his impulsive acts.

[Cyrus Seth]

"Tadhg?" Cy asked lightly, waving his palm at the other face as it seemed he drifted off into some thought. "Are you.. Um, OK?" Cy asked again, he felt as he was boring the son of Eris with his ramblings of flowers. "It okay if this is boring to you, you don't have to bare with it, if you think it is.." Cy gave the boy a light smile, he knew flowers and botany wasn't for everyone, but it was okay, he didn't mind spending time with the other. It was rather nice... Even if Tadhg didn't know much about flowers, Cy didn't mind that.

"Me? Okay?" He laughed nervously, "Yeah, of course." Lies. Liar. Lying. Fuck. He bit his lip and shrugged with a mutter, "I dunno shit about flowers in all honesty," There's a step in the right direction. Honesty. "Besides, flowers are like, pretty and stuff like you."

...Too honest. Definitely too honest. He took a step back, avoiding eye-contact with Cyrus as if his life depended on it. He considered taking back the statement, but it wasn't exactly something that could be forgotten. Normal people don't go around calling random boys pretty. All Tadhg could manage was a small "sorry" that was barely audible, more of a squeak than a word really.

[Cyrus Seth]

Cy blinked as he glanced to the other. "Like me?"  Cy reiterated once and soon attempted to contain his giggle. This remarked soon caused the boy to break out in a gentle laughter,  enough to cause the berries to grow at an exponential rate, "Hehe.. S-Sorry... Sorry... I should know better than to just start laughing..." He muttered attempting to hold in the laughter, this soon caused the vines and plants to halt. "Again... Sorry...  Hehe.."  Soon the boy calmed down and resumed speaking. "Um... I'm flattered in all, but I'm not all that cute.. Heck I'm nothing great..." Cy was quick to belittle himself, but for the case of Tadhg, he stopped himself from going too far.
