Strengths-- Cyrus has the power to control plants, he's able to make them grow at accelerated rates and to unnaturally large proportions; he uses the plants to trap or disable his opponents without harming them. He has also used his powers to hide himself in a large forest he created. He is often seen carrying a potted plant so that he is able to use his powers at places without plants nearby. He's also able control plants while they're still in their seed form.

Weaknesses-- His bitter toward his Hades, but hides it very well. He is also stubborn, he doesn't forget when someone wrongs him.

Personality-- Cyrus is polite, considerate and friendly young man who fears for his life. Shy and very soft spoken. He detests violence and fighting. He will only fight when either training or push past his limit, he a pacifist and can never harm another, if he somehow manages to, he feel instant remorse and will likely start crying. Cyrus is quite intelligent and relies on his own intuition, he is easily startled and loves to be outside, able to play with flowers. He has extensive knowledge on flowers.

Hometown-- Raleigh, North Carolina

History-- Cyrus is the demigod son of Persephone and the mortal Michael Seth, he lived with his father but almost never saw him as his father was a CEO and founder of a biotech research and development industry, working on a way to find a better and cleaner fuel for the Earth. As such Cyrus was usually alone, though he never minded this. He knew his Father's job important and when he could spend time with his son he taught him of gardening and how his mother loved to garden herself. Cyrus never knew or meet his mother but was told that his eyes flickered just like hers. though he did resemble his father greatly with his messy blond hair that faded into a dirty blond as he aged.



Michael Seth met Persephone at a protest against deforestation. They started out arguing over what was the best alternative form of energy and decided to get together to argue more often. After a while they stopped arguing and started seeing each other. One thing lead to another and it wasn’t long before a frail baby was given to Michael to raise by his godly grandmother Demeter. Persephone had left Michael with a the knowledge to help bring back some of the beauty and green into the world. He soon started a plant sanctuary and brought plants from all over the world to flourish in his garden as well started his biotech firm with said knowledge.

Cy grew up he was surrounded by nature, learning the scientific names for the plants around him and the best ways to care for each one. He loved all plants, and it was clear from an early age that he had a gift when it came to horticulture. His father taught him to love and respect the gift of spring and how it was his mother's favorite season, as well as the plants that he cared for. Being a child of Persephone he was able to help plants grow better than they could on their own. His father urged him to use this gift as often as he could.



It wasn’t long before the monsters found them. They trampled through the sanctuary destroying nearly everything in the process. Cy was able to salvage from the garden and used it to fend them off but his father was distraught at the loss of his sanctuary. His mind shattered and he began raving about monsters and a evil god who he knew would be his demise. Cy tried to take care of his father on his own. But thanks to said ‘God’, his father lost everything, from his company going under, soon being bought from beneath him.

Eventually Cy couldn't take care of his father and he was bound to an institution to be 'corrected' but Cy knew it wouldn't be enough.. He soon made his way out of social services clutches and left his childhood home, that was now filled with horrible memories of his father's mad ravings and went somewhere he could feel comfortable. He found the first piece of land that looked like he felt. Barren, empty, devoid of life. Here he planted a seed, which he helped to grow and become strong. He planted other vegetation around it and soon the small grove became a his personal utopia. He used his powers to keep the monsters away and eventually they knew to keep away. He was happy there for a short while. Then the news came of his father's death. He saw it threw a almost conveniently left, crumpled up news print, It showed his father's demise as he died in a airplane accident.

Cy soon left again to find his mother; Persephone. He saw it as his fault that the monsters attacked. He blamed himself for making his father go mad, for taking him away. He tried everything he could think of to get her attention. He tried burning down corn fields but couldn’t as he’d never be able to harm the plants, showing up at harvest festivals, even mumbling up a pray for her hoping she could hear him. Eventually he found himself at Camp Half-Blood threw the help of some nymphs. He was able to learn new skills and make new friends. He had found a new family, and he was happy again. He had found a new home... He hoped.
