Apollina had been shown the camp after visiting her cabin. The piece of parchment, or paper as the demigod who had gotten to camp had called it, had familiar looking characters on it, and Apollina was delighted to see that it was in Greek instead of in the weird English that the male demigod had been trying to teach her while on the journey. Needless to say, she had made him quite frustrated with her lack of understanding the language. Apollina had decided that she had disliked English with a passion, instead preferring her own native language.
The schedule said that she would be having archery as well as dagger or sword fighting along with Greek lessons. Apollina had nearly laughed at that, she didn't need any Greek lessons. Oh well, at least it would be easy compared to the other lessons she'd be having. Apollina glanced at her clothes, she was still wearing her expensive chiton which was embroidered with gold thread and not made by her, but rather by someone else which made it very expensive. The brooches pinning the chiton in place were jeweled and she couldn't help but wish that she hadn't worn her expensive chiton that day, or that her husband had never thrown that party the day she was put in the Lotus Casino. Her hair had been pinned up because of her husband's party and even had a small gold hair piece adding color to the boring brown and curly hair.
Apollina headed down to the archery range and was there within a few minutes. She stood there, taking in the sights. Bows of all sizes were everywhere and people eagerly shot arrows, some hitting the target while others missed the target completely.
