he slammed the door to the nemesis cabin open and almost fell to his knees right then and there. he walked inside and with one foot kicked it close. he stood there for a couple minutes. Vladimir slithered out from under his bed as Raphael punched the wall. a loud thud echoed the cabin and he turned to the wall and leaned his head against it. he hit the wall again with the outside side of his hand. everything was slipping away again and he couldnt even risk telling his snake. he didnt want to go see Artemis, he couldnt bring himself to do it at the moment.

"get the hell outta my head!" he swore at him and hit the wall again. he looked up and realized he was putting holes in the cabin. he turned away from the punctured wall and stood over a sink. he looked horrible. the fancy *johnish* clothes he had picked out were now torn, stained, wet and wrinkled. he turned on the sink and splashed some water on his face. "leave me alone traitor."

I haven't gotten to really talk to you about anything at all since that fight with those Ares kids. Did you find anything new about Shanna's death, say related to a reptile? Xenos sounded smug, like he knew something Raphael didn't. I'm pretty certain you did. Raphael could almost hear the smirk on Xenos's lips.

he grimaced at the thought of him accidentally getting her hurt. "what are you talking about?" he was staring down into the sink full of water. Vladimir slither up and around his wrist. then he realized. "how do you know about the amphisbaena?" his grip on the sink tightened.

he shook it off and walked back over to his bed. Xenos wasnt going to tell him anything and now it seemed like he was just bugging him. "What is it that you want?" he twisted the ring around on his fingers. some how he had the gut feeling that this new spy thing was going to start rather soon. he sighed and stared at Vladimir.

Well, what I want doesn't relate to what you are going to do. Xenos giggled. But, my bosses want you to keep a close eye on Uriel. At least until he leaves. The child of the night paused. Keep us informed on what he does. Let me know exactly when he leaves, and remember don't let anyone know. Raphael could tell that Xenos would not be saying anything else for now.

bosses..... so Xenos does have someone giving him the commands, or it was just to throw me off. he took a deep breath and stood up. now he has to keep an eye on one of the big three. he grabbed his ring again, so he had his kamas and walked out. he had something to do and, to keep anything from happening to her, he would do it.
