[Viv Jennings]

Viv was trying to be as quiet as possible as she collected her clothes, but she froze when she heard Drew addressing her. His words sounded harsh so she turned on her heels to face him as she cocked an eyebrow at him. "Well, I'm not into cuddling or that pillow talk crap, so I figured that I was no longer needed around her." She shrugged her shoulders a bit. "Who said that I was going back to my cabin? Just because I'm leaving here doesn't mean I'm heading back there with my idiotic siblings."

She noticed the cigarette in his hand and she raised her eyebrows further as she nodded her head towards it. "Kind of cliche, don't you think? Cigarette after getting laid? I never really saw you as the type."

Drew was probably going to be up for a while now himself. The problem with that was that wondering around camp late at night was sort of his thing and how was he supposed to do that if they kept bumping into each other? Of course this time it would be in the figurative sense, he really liked the other kind of bumping, but he supposed it was going to happen eventually. “Fair enough.” He said relaxing a bit as he took a drag from his cigarette. “Still, you don’t have to run out of here like your ass is on fire.”

He watched her as she began giving him some grief on his smoking. It was his turn to shrug and he did so as he took another drag. "I'm not going to lie and say it wasn't good but this was long overdue sex or not." He offered her the pack not knowing if she smoked or not. He guessed it wasn't as popular as it used to be but he still found it relaxing and it wasn't like he had to worry that much about the health side of things. He was a dead man already. Besides, if he ever got to a point when he couldn't offer to share his habits he imagined that would be the time to start quitting them. "Listen, I'm not saying you have to stay the night but if I go wandering too and we both run into each other again anyways what's the point in rushing off?"

Viv chuckled a bit as she shook her head. "My ass isn't on fire, trust me," she said before she slipped on her t-shirt and decided to leave the rest of her clothes on the floor in a pile so she could grab them later. "Other parts might be, but I can tell you that my ass isn't one." She walked over back to his bed as she sat down on the edge. She raised her eyebrows at him when he offered her the pack. Viv wasn't really a smoker. Alcohol was normally her vice, but a cigarette now and then couldn't kill her. Besides, she already knew what was coming for her.

She smirked as she took one and lit it up before she took a drag. She looked at him as her smirk grew a little bit wider as she chuckled again. "Is this your roundabout way of telling me that you want to go another round?" she asked as she lowered the cigarette from her lips and cocked an eyebrow a him.

He watched her as she slipped on her shirt and then apparently had a change of heart. Dropping the rest of her clothes she made her way over to sit on his bed and took the cigarette he had offered. As she lit it up and took a drag Drew smirked a little at her. She could say what she wanted about a cigarette after sex being cliché but right now he thought it looked pretty damn sexy and her current state of dress wasn’t really helping matters either.

“If I could manage another round.” He said with a chuckle. “Don’t know about you but that was pretty wild. Definitely a lot of fun though.” He wasn’t lying either. Viv had rocked his world and he hoped they could do this again but taking a moment to chill and enjoy a cigarette wouldn’t be a bad thing. “Maybe if you stick around for a bit you’ll find out for sure but it would give me a reason to stay in for once. Certainly don’t have anywhere better to go right now.”

"I hear ya," Viv said as she put the cigarette back to her lips to take another drag. "I haven't had anything that wild in a pretty long time. So I think we've managed to wear each other out, which would be a complete first for me." She smirked as she made herself a little bit more comfortable on his bed. "But I think I might stay a little bit longer if you don't mind. Most guys like me out of here once the deed is done," she chuckled as she lounged back on his bed. "I'm not going back to my cabin with my siblings and I think Chiron and Mr. D are getting tired of me crashing somewhere in the Big House, usually somewhere in the attic. I only go back to my cabin when I know my siblings won't be there." She shrugged again. "Besides, you probably have one of the most comfortable beds I've been on."

"Me too but as far as firsts go I would say that is a pretty good one to experience. There's worse ways to wear yourself out." He supposed she must have had some pretty bad experiences if she was getting kicked out by the guys she was bedding. Drew wasn't like that though. He liked Viv and he didn't usually like other people. Viv was definitely different than other people he normally dealt with though. He couldn't exactly put his finger on it but it wasn't a bad thing.

She had decided to stay though and that was good. He relaxed back into the bed with her as he listened and he supposed he could understand where she was coming from. He was kind of lucky in that regard as he didn't have anyone cramping his style. Viv though, he wondered if maybe her feelings didn't run a little deeper. Maybe he would ask her about that sometime. "Why the attic? Just like the old stuff they keep there or something?" Personally Drew just crashed wherever he was most of the time but to each their own. "Anyways you can hide out here if you need to. Nobody here most of the time and I don't keep it locked."

"There are definitely worse way to do it," Viv said before she took another drag. "Like, I could be doing that exercise thing or something. I mean, sex is apparently exercise, but it's like fun exercise, you know?" She chuckled a bit as she lounged in the bed a little bit. It was nice to not have to rush off after sex, but not be expected to do the pillow talk or cuddling thing. Those were just not Viv's style and she thought that Drew probably understood that.

"Nobody rarely goes into the attic," she said with a shrug. "Plus there's a slightly okay couch up there, plus Zeke likes to catch the mice up there, so it works out." She shrugged before she raised her eyebrows at Drew. "Are you inviting me to come over all the time?" Viv said with a chuckle as she shook her head. "You'll never get rid of me if you are, but I'll keep the offer in mind. You definitely have a comfier bed than anything I can find in the Big House."

He chuckled at her as she made a comparison of sex to exercise. He supposed that was true in a way but he preferred not to think of it that way. Exercise was work while sex, especially what they had just been doing was…well it was a lot better than work. A whole lot better. “Definitely the best work out I’ve had.” He said as he released a long plume of smoke in a slow sigh. “I wouldn’t mind working out with you again sometime either.”

Her reasons for staying over at the Big House made sense. Still, he wondered if there wasn’t something else going on with her. He still didn’t know that much about her other than that he liked her and that she was great in bed but he thought he might like to. How did you approach that with someone though especially when you had your own secrets to keep? “Just offering a place to hide out. I know how important that can be. As for my bed I’ve never really tried any others around here so I’ll have to take your word for it. Though it might give me a little incentive to stay in at night if I know I’m having company over.”

"I think the sentiment is the same," Viv chuckled to herself before she finally extinguished the cigarette in her hand and tossed into a nearby trashcan. She looked over at Drew as she cocked an eyebrow at him. "I might seriously take you up on that offer though. Comfy bed and pretty decent company. It definitely beats the Big House or even my cabin." Of course she was just being a little bit sarcastic. The company was definitely more than decent, especially in bed. "But I still stand by what I said earlier. I don't do cuddling or none of that pillow talk. This though..." she motioned between the two of the them. "I don't know what this, but this okay, just so you know."

The fact that she was taking him seriously on his offer and not just blowing it off was a good thing. Their earlier arguments seem to be water under the bridge and even though that had led to some of the best sex he could remember he was glad. He really did like Viv and trying to push her away hadn’t been fun. Still, he was going to have to cross that bridge with her again at some point.

Was he making things worse by not just being upfront with her? Probably but when did you find the time to talk about something like terminal illness? Certainly not when things finally seemed to be settling down. He didn’t really know but he did know that Viv was right about one thing. “Yeah.” He said distantly as he finished off his cigarette and sighed. “It works.” He flicked the ashes from his cig away and mashed it out in a small try he kept by the bedside. He wasn’t sure what this was either but he liked it. Viv liked it too and as long as they were both enjoying whatever this was he supposed it was okay. He just hoped no one got hurt. “Hey Viv?” He asked to get her attention. “For what it’s worth you’re alright.” He gave he a bit of smile. Whatever it was that they had found in each other it was alright too, at least for now. Hopefully he could keep it that way for a while.

If Drew had anything to hide, Viv really didn't know our really care for that matter. She had her own literal bones in her closet and she thought nobody could be as worse as hers. Besides, she didn't plan on knowing him any more than what was required for sex and that was okay by her.

She decided to relax a little bit in his bed as she laid down and stretched out a bit since she wasn't in a rush to go anywhere. She turned her head a bit to look at Drew as he addressed her and she returned his smile. “I think you're alright too,” she said with a bit of a chuckle.

He smirked at her. She was probably thinking he was going crazy again with statements like that but he didn’t care. He just had a lot of questions on his mind and not a lot of answers. Still, it didn’t look like either of them were in a rush to mess this thing up by getting any type of serious attachments. If things could stay like this for while then he wasn’t going to complain.

He watched her stretch out like a cat and admired her there in her t-shirt. It really was a sight to see. “Come on. Let’s get some sleep.” He paused there for a moment but then added with a sly smile. “If you stay for a while we can try that exercise stuff again. Maybe even try for something a little calmer this time.”
