Isaac left her.

Well, technically, Isaac left camp, but he also left Flynn which didn't settle well with her. He already made her cry once and now he was really making her cry this time around and he wasn't here to witness his work. Fucking Isaac. Flynn ransacked the Fourth Cohort until she had enough booze and weed to supply a small army before she headed out towards the lake. She didn't need to deal with her feelings. She didn't want to deal with her feelings. Feelings were horrible and Flynn didn't like them one bit. She would rather be high or drunk or, in this case, both.

She sat on the shore of the beach with a joint in one hand and a bottle of beer in her other. She didn't even have the good stuff, just the stuff she could easily find, but it seemed to be taking its effect. She felt calm for once and she knew it was a matter of time before she'd be on top of the world and feeling invincible. No boy would bring her down today. Not one bit.

The thingy about being a McCaster is that she didn't have off days often, but when she did. Holy Fuck. Ash had skipped her training for the day and been walking around New Rome before somehow making her way to the lake. It wasn't so bad that she couldn't leave her bunks, she just was having a off day. Nothing was going right. She was so annoyed that she had almost punched a Lar. Anyways its was just bad.

She calmly waded through the shore with her sneakers strapped over her shoulders, her jeans rolled up sloppily to her calves and tank top nearly ready to be abandoned in the sunlight. It was calming till she saw a girl sitting there drinking. She chuckled to herself as she walked up near where the girl was and smiled. "Booze and this scenery? Wow you must be having a fucked day too."

Flynn sat there as she alternated between hits off of her joint and sips from her bottle. She was starting to feel calmer and a bit higher, which was excellent. No way was she going to be dealing with her feelings about some boy. Some stupid, stupid boy who just had to up and leave her. And emotions were dumb anyway, so this was the best alternative to them.

While she was deep within her thoughts, she missed some girl wading in the water and heading towards her direction. She looked up when she heard someone address her, but it wasn't in an American accent, like she normally heard. No, this was Scottish if Flynn wasn't mistaken. Her countrymen's kin and she knew right off the back that she liked this girl. "Bloody hell of a day," she chuckled as she took another hit and breathed out the smoke slowly. "Some nitwits think they can just run off and do whatever the fuck they want." She looked over at the girl and raised the bottle to her. "Ya want some?"

Ash gave the girl a small smile when she heard she wasn't American, at least not fully. "Ah another from across the pond, and here I thought we were a dying breed. Irish if I'm not mistaken aye? Its been quite some time since I've been." she said simply before noticing the bottle and nodded. "Love some. They have some real stupid drinking laws here in the states." she said, taking the bottle and taking a massive swig from it, not too much to be impolite though. She could down that whole bottle the way this day was going.

"Nitwhits aye? You must be talking about some jackass, they are the biggest nitwhits on this fucking earth, demigod or mortal." she said, taking one more swig before passing the bottle back to her girl. "Names Ash by the way." she said before taking a seat on the ground next to her. "Wanna talk about it? Or build a replica of him and set it ablaze?" she offered. She needed to release some stress anyways.

"It's been years since I've been back home and probably the same with you and Scotland," Flynn said with of a smirk as she eyed the girl. She was definitely a hottie, especially with her accent. "But it's nice to see someone who understands how crazy these American folks are. And their weird words and stuff." Finally someone who could understand her and her struggles. "Fucking American rules. Who decided that twenty-one was their magic number? Bloody hell, there's no way I can guarantee that I can live to that long, ya know?" She watched the girl take a big swig from her bottle as she decided this was the most opportune time to take a very long drag from her joint.

"He's definitely a jackass," she muttered as she breathed out the smoke. She looked over at the girl as she smirked a bit. "I'm Flynn and the nitwit in question..." She sighed as she reached up to run her fingers through her hair. "His name's Isaac. And I'm not the touchy feely type, but just know I'll break his pretty face if he shows up around here again."

Ashton laughed when the girl mentioned Scotland, the motherland that she seemed to escape from her grasp. "Aye! What gave it away I'm a Scotsmen? It was the hair wasn't it." she joked around, hopping to maybe cheer up the broken hearted girl. Even if she wouldn't admit to the brokenness. "Irish  Right? Think yer the only others that agree all problems can be solved after some good booze."

She listened to the girl and shrugged her shoulders "Don't know a Issac, but if I met him I'll punch him in said pretty face for yer." She wasn't much of a feely girl herself, she could understand that much. Not many problems couldn't be solved by booze though. There is no problem if you can remember it or are too focused on walking. "Im serious about the burning shit. Feels good."

"Your hair gives you away as much as mine gives away that I'm Irish," Flynn said with a smirk as she took another drag of her joint. "Nah, my mum is on a professional football team and I pretty much know all the accents from the region. And that's how I know booze can fix pretty much anything. Just give me a pint of Heineken and I'll be a very happy girl." And with that, she took a swig from the flask before she set it down off to her side.

"You're not gonna see him around anymore," Flynn said with a shrug. "He left doing gods know what, I just know it's not me." She scowled for a bit before she glanced over at the girl. "I might have to take you up on the burning shit though. It would probably do me some good and I think he's left some of his shit in the cohort. Should go in the burning rubbish pile if you ask me."

Professional Football? Well that was pretty damn cool. Ash was anyways a big fan of sports, thought she preferred playing rather than watching. She did laugh a little at her talking about Heineken "I'm more of a Liquor person myself but those do the job just as well." Ash did smile a deadly smirk once she said something about having a pile of stuff of his. She reached in her jacket pocket and pulled out a small silver, a few flags and symbols of a war fought carved into the side. "Well then. I've got the burning if you want to supply the rubbish." she said before popping up to her feet in one quick movement. "Whatcha say aye? Feel like some Scottish therapy sessions?"

"Eh," Flynn said as she shrugged her shoulders a bit. "If it can get me drunk, then that's good enough for me." She lifted the nearly empty bottle she had in her hand as she looked at it. "I don't even like this shit, but it still gets the job done. Desperate times and all of that shit and whatnot." But she lowered the bottle as she took one last hit from her joint. She had been working on it for a while so it was down to the end. She moved to extinguish it underneath her boot before she looked up at Ash to see that she had a a lighter in her hand.

A mischievous smirk crept onto Flynn's face as she tossed the bottle off to the side. She stood up and brushed herself off before she looked at Ash with a cocked eyebrow. "I always knew there was a reason I liked you Scotsmen," she said with a chuckle before she jabbed her chin towards the Cohorts before she started walking. "C'mon. Might as well burn his shit before he realizes what he's done and comes back for it."

Ash had laughed when she made a comment about why she liked Scotsmen. They always seemed to have the most fun when they were mixed with other uk'ers. Except the brits, fuck the brits. She smirked as the Irish girls face started to smirk and she started to walk towards the cohorts. Ohhh this would be good. "Sounds like a gods damn plan." She said tucking the lighter away in her pocket before some goody goody centurion saw them.

Ah yes, this would be some fun. Ash had been relatively good lately and that attitude needed to change asap. She was so fucking tired of being a little goody for the time being. Sometimes all she needs is a good criminal act and some bad girl behavior. "What brings a irish girl like you to deal with a jackass like him anyways? You don't seem like the type to deal with that shit." Sometimes Ash was too bold for her own good, but most of the time she didn't give a damn.

Burning his shit seemed like great therapy to Flynn. Burn all his belongings and maybe then she could finally get over him. Or she would have to find more shit to burn. But she was taking a step towards the cohorts before Ash stopped her. Why did Flynn bother bother putting up with Isaac? She had to laugh.

"If you saw the size of his cock," she said with a a little bit of a smirk, "you probably would understand. That boy definitely knew how to work it and how to give a good orgasm as well." She smirked to herself before she stared walking towards the cohorts again. "But him and his cock are dead to me... and I did notice he didn't leave his box of condoms behind. Shame. That would've been excellent shit to burn."

Ash rolled her eyes at the mention of this Issac character. What a surprise, most people that knew how to work it were assholes because of it. Herself included honestly. As they made it to the cohorts she laughed a little, dead to her huh? "Dead a too sober a term. Dead implies mourning and shit." she said and rolled her eyes as they made it towards the cohort of the said asshole. "Burning shit leaves nothing to remember though." she said flipping the lighter in her hand and letting it spark. This is why she didn't fuck with others, too much attachment and that brought weakness. She never wanted to have a weakness or be a weakness for that fact. She shrugged as she pushed open the door to the cohort and peeked inside. "Coast is clear lets get down to business. Where is this shit?"

“Well I don't know how to describe the fucker besides he's dead to me. I don't give a shit about him anymore,” Flynn said as she made her way towards the cohorts. She wanted nothing to do with him anymore and everything Ash said made perfect sense. Burn his shit and then there would be nothing to remind her of the asshole.

“It's over here,” she said as she entered the building and proceeded to march over to what was his bed. She motioned to all the stuff that he left behind that was on the mattress. “All of this needs to go. Burn it.”

Ash laughed as she said she didn't give a shit. "Clearly" Yeah, because someone would be this dissociate for someone they didn't care about. She wouldn't press though, not her place anyways. She was here to burn shit, bonfire style. She smirked as she saw the pile of stuff. A few socks, looked like photos, maybe paperwork, clothing and one very worn bag filled with belongings. She smirked, perfect kindling. She laughed at Flynn's need to burn it now. "And burn down the whole cohort? No thanks I like my head on my body. Lets take the shit to the battle fields and burn it there. I'm not a arsonist yet." She said before stuffing all the belonging into the bag, huffing it over her shoulder and looking at the girl and walking out, nodding for her to follow "So Flynn the freed woman. Whats the plan from here? Burn it and be over with it, seek revenge, wallow in booze for months? Cause I can suggest effective post dickwad treatments. All 100% tested by yours truly."

Flynn pressed her lips together as Ash said she wouldn't burn down the entire cohort... but there was at least room for compromise. "Can we at least drag his bed onto the battle fields? I don't want anyone to have the fuckwad's germs." She looked over at Ash with raised eyebrows as she hoped it was a compromise. Maybe it wasn't, but it was at least a try as she followed Ash out of the cohort. "Probably gonna get higher than the fuckin' clouds and drink so much that it becomes the blood in my veins. And maybe find someone to fuck. That always is my go-to plan unless you got something better than that?"
