New Usergroup

As of today (9/21/16), we're going to introduce a new usergroup that will hopefully address the issue that we've been seeing lately of people not doing their claims right after being accepted. After your character is accepted, you'll be added to the CLAIMS ONLY group. This group has access to the character creation, claims, and advertise & affiliate boards ONLY. Once the required claims are done (and there's only two of them and they got the word REQUIRED in their name), you'll be switched to your appropriate usergroup so you'll have access to the entire board. Sorry it has come down to this and if this becomes an inconvenience, but we're trying to squash the trend of new members either not reading the rules and not doing the claims or reading the rules and ignoring the claims.
