Today was the day. Flynn was going to get her very first baking lesson from Vega.
And she was scared shitless. She had never had this many emotions or feelings at once. And it felt like her stomach was doing gymnastics and gods she never had this many feelings about some of the other people she'd been around it. So the obvious solution to this problem was taking a shot. Or two... Or three... Flynn had taken quite a few before she deemed herself ready to walk over to New Rome and into Cupcake's cafe.
And maybe she took one too many shots, since she was almost stumbling while she was making her way over. But she finally managed to make it. She took a deep breath to compose herself before she walked into the cafe with a big smile on her face.
