RULES/BANS CHANGED

So this was announced in our members-only discord (and if you're a member and aren't in the discord lmk), but we are lifting the 15 post rule and removing the ban from Camp Half-Blood! However, we are lifting these in good faith that you guys will exercise good judgement. If we find people are making too many characters without using them or the ratio of Camp Half-Blood to Camp Jupiter is way skewed again, we WILL be reinstating them.
