The Joker

Marius stood. A lone figure in the night. His Joker mask and a black hoodie masked his features. He walked up to the Demeter cabin. His supplies under his arms. This is gonna be fun. The Joker chuckled under his breath. His eyes glinting under his mask. He snuck into the cabin. His footsteps not making a sound. The joker set up various strings around the cabin. He walked back outside and grabbed four buckets. The son of Hermes then rigged the sand filled buckets to fall when the strings were tripped. Which would happen when they moved at all in there. The Joker snuck back out of the cabin and found a hiding spot in the nearby bushes, waiting for the trap to be triggered.

(And let it be forever known that this is my 1000th post)

Harper was dreaming about the beautiful beaches of Hawaii. She was excited for spring break and going with Cody. She was tanning on the beach and she rolled over on her towel as she did in her bed.

A bucket of sand poured all over her. Harper immediately woke up and sat straight up in her bed. The entire cabin was covered in string with more buckets of sand threatening to fall over. They'd been pranked. She narrowed her eyes and grabbed Weed Whacker and her hoodie, making sure to avoid the string.

"Wrong thing to do, buddy," she muttered to herself as she climbed out the window. If this prankster was like any other she knew, he'd stick around to see the results. And he would pay.

The Joker laughed as he heard shouts come from the Demeter cabin. He watched as one of the campers ran from the cabin, a sword in her hand. "Hehehehehe." He laughed at the look on her face. "Trouble, my dear?" Marius stood up from the bushes. His mask and hoodie hiding who he was. The son of Hermes chuckled.

[Harper Jones]

Harper narrowed her eyes as she pointed her sword at the boy. "You." she said firmly. "Are.In.Big.Trouble." She took a couple of steps closer to him. "Pranking my cabin will be the stupidest mistake of your life. Surrender now and I swear this will be painless."

The Joker chuckled at her threats, and dashed towards the mess hall. His feet moving pretty fast. (Marius is fast but he does not have the rare speed ability) He turned to see the same person, chase after him. "You can't catch me, little girl." The Joker taunted her with a smile on his face. He rushed into the mess hall, and waited for her.

Harper sprinted after the prankster. He might have been fast, but she kept up with him. And he made his way into the mess hall. She smirked. L&J had so many secret meetings there that it wasn't even funny. She went around and sneaked through the kitchen, not making a sound.

She cracked the door leading into the mess hall a bit and saw him. She closed her eyes and concentrated. Vines grew from the ground and wrapped themselves around the guy. She smirked as they tightened around him. She swung open the door and walked to the prankster.

"I told you messing with my cabin would be the stupidest mistake of your life," she said as she walked around to face him. The guy had a mask on. "Who are you?" She asked as she reached out to grab it.

The Joker grinned as she went to reach for his mask. "I'm the Joker." He laughed at her his eyes sparkling from behind the mask. "And I must leave." Without another word the prankster vanished into thin air. He reappeared on a nearby roof. "GOODBYE, MY FIRST VICTIM!!" He jumped behind the building and was gone.

Harper was mad. She'd just got pranked. And it wasn't even a good prank. If the Joker knew who she was, he'd be cowering in fear. Little did he know he just got himself into a war with L&J.

She kicked a bench over. She had sand in her bed and was the Jokers first victim to boot. She stormed out of the mess hall. First thing in the morning, there'd be an emergency meeting with Charlotte. L&J couldn't afforded to be outpranked by a rookie.
