Saphron knitted her eyebrows together as she looked down at the jackalope. Wasn't there a rumor a while back about a huntress breaking her oath? Saphron didn't keep up with the latest camp gossip, so she didn't know if that was true or something that she just fabricated in her head. But getting a closer look at the animal, she noticed one thing about it.
"Aww..." she said as she reached down to scoop up the jackalope and held it close. The jackalope stayed still in her arms, even though its eyes were wide and its noses was twitching like crazy. "The little fella is scared. We should do something Theo." She turned to her brother with concern in her eyes. "I think it's looking for help and came to us. I think it was a human at one point. Or the child of a one night stand gone wrong. We need to help it."

Saphron didn't hear the faint tapping on the door over the sound of her screamo music. She had her headphones in and was headbanging along to the song and way too busy to notice her brother talking to her and trying to get her attention. Only when she noticed he left his bed and walked over to the door, she paused her music and took off her headphones. "Is someone bringing us Girl Scout cookies?" she asked as she put her headphones on her bed and got up. "I thought Chiron didn't allow them over here because it interferes with strawberry sales."
She walked over to the door just as Theo opened it and managed to peek over his shoulder as she kept walking. "I see no one..." she said as she let her sentence trail off as her eyes drifted towards the ground. "Oh my goodness!" she squealed as she saw the little bunny on the porch. She pushed past her brother as she stood in front of it. "Look at it! It's so tiny and it's so..." Her eyebrows narrowed once she realized what made this bunny so different. "Horny? Theo, why do we have a jackalope on our porch?" She turned to look at her brother. "Aren't those not supposed to exist unless someone pissed off a god?"

That one big plot of plotiness
Hmmm.... I have no idea how this should go down. I just had an idea, but now's the fun part. I definitely love the idea of them growing closer through this experience. The last I'd done with Hailey was that Chiron knew of her situation and a camper was going to give her back to her boyfriend (who is no longer at the camp). So somehow, she could fall into the Hecate cabin's possession and is a cabin pet for a while? That might be awkward though... but I can definitely seeing them needing to do a lot of research on how to break a god's spell (since it was Artemis who turned her into a jackalope).

"Of course you don't think my mother sent you. She's too wise of a woman to let a person know she was needed," Saphron quickly explained as she grabbed the girl's arm and dragged her over to the piles of clothes on her bed. "But you are exactly what I needed. So she did answer my request and quite quickly this time too."
She let go of the girl's arm as they reached the bed and crossed her arms as she looked expectantly at her. "So what do you think?" she asked as she studied her. "What should I wear today?"

Saphron looked at the girl trying to decide if that was her mother's sign of an outfit. She didn't have anything in her closet that was remotely close to what that girl was wearing. The girl gave a once over at herself before she snarked back. Saphron raised an eyebrow before an epiphany hit her. "Oh," she quickly stood up as she brushed herself off.
"I know why you're here. My mother sent you." She carefully walked around the sacrifice and went over to the girl. She reached out to grab her arm as she said, "Can you help me pick out what to wear today? My mother obviously sent you since she's a very busy woman."

Saphron closed her eyes as she let herself mentally be in her mother's world waiting for her sign. Usually, it was a vague vision or picture. Not enough to call Saphron an oracle, but enough to give her guidance. Now, it really didn't occur to Saphron that her mother had better things to do than help her pick out clothes. She just needed a sign. Just one sign.
She didn't expect a gasp to be a sign. She opened her eyes to look over to see who disturbed her ceremony. She heard the door open, but her siblings knew better. Once she saw who it was, she raised her eyebrows at the girl. "Umm..." she said as she gave the girl a once over, ignoring how frightened the girl looked. "If that's my sign to pick that outfit, Hecate needs to have a major makeover."

There was only one occasion that Saphron wasn't her loud and humorous self. She didn't like being serious. Life was way too short for that. But she did understand that when it came to her mother, her godly mother, that things needed to be toned down quite a few notches.
Like now, she had pushed all the furniture in the Hecate cabin to the edges so that the center was cleared. She had the lights turned off with only candles illuminating the space. In the middle of the room, she had painted out an X in the middle to symbolize the crossroads. On that X laid a golden plate, a box of matches and an extra large pizza. Saphron realized today that she had a big decision to make and that decision required her mother's guidance.
Once the room was perfect, Saphron donned her cloak and sat on the floor by the crossroads. "Oh Hecate," Saphron muttered as she closed her eyes. "Goddess of magic and crossroads, please accept my offering in return for your guidance." She took a slice of pizza and placed it on the plate before striking a match to set it on fire. The fire-y cheesy goodness was there before her as Saphron tried not to gag at the smell of it. After she decided that she let it burn enough, she moved on with the ceremony. "Oh Hecate, please offer your guidance. What clothes should I wear today?"

"Ummm... No," Saphron proclaimed as she pointed at the climbing wall as she looked at a fellow camper trying to convince her to climb. "I'm not climbing that. You see that? That's lava and I'm not in the mood to get my clothes or my skin burned off." She sighed quite loudly as she looked around, trying to gather support for her cause. "I'm not climbing that unless bubbles or something are coming out of there."
Then Saphron decided to take matters into her own hands. She lifted her hand and concentrated as she formed magical barriers where the lava was pouring out. It took a lot of concentration, but she gripped her hand and lowered it as soon as all the lava holes were blocked. "There," she said with a satisfied smirk. "That looks a lot better, doesn't it?"

John & Lotus These two could possibly have a fling, but I don't know if John would want to be with someone who could play him, even if it's for a night. I guess it would depend on how these click or whatnot when they meet.
Kevin & Lotus Kevin might need a partner in crime when it comes to pranks or just someone to pull them on. He makes sure his pranks never get too out of hand, so they could potentially be friends.
Saphron & Lotus Saphron does need friends and she doesn't care what cabin they're in.
Dakota & Lotus As siblings, I could see these two getting along since their personalities are compatible. Howver, I do see these two butting heads when it comes to some issues.

John & Sephrenia John might try to go after her, but he doesn't like going after people either too young or too naive for their own good. Once he realizes that Sephrenia falls under this category, he'll probably make her off limits and stick to a friendship if it works out.
Daphne & Eowyn
I think these two will get along quite well. She only really gives her brothers a rough time, but she's quite nice to any sisters she has (unless they're absolutely bat-shit crazy). I think these two will have a lovely sibling-ship.
Hailey & Ashanti
Once Hailey is human again (since she's a jackalope atm), she'll appreciate that not all the hunters have turned their backs on her. Yes, she did join the Hunters since she was scorned by love, but the heart is very unpredictable, you know? Yes, she'll understand that she's not in good graces, but maybe they'll be that awkward nod when they cross paths at camp?
Audrey & Ashanti
AND I JUST THOUGHT OF A PLOT POINT. So yeah... Audrey is a bad cookie now and she basically wants the gods all gone for what they did to her girlfriend (yay loopholes!) Once Ashanti finds out about Audrey's involvement, she could potentially confront her and challenge her to the Head Hunter position (which is basically the Lt. position she's been dreaming of). I don't know what the outcome of that could be, but up until that point, I do see them being friends.
MC & Sepherenia
Ooooh, this might be fun to see how they might get on romantically. MC is one big gushy teddy bear, but he always seems to freeze up around girls to the point he has more crushes than dates (unless his siblings set him up on them). I can definitely see them being friends to start out with a potential romantic blooming between them.
