Poppy & Saphron - Here we have siblings! Saphron is basically Fat Amy from Pitch Perfect, so I can see her trying to get Poppy out of her shell around others. Maybe attempts to be a wing woman? I have no clue, but I can see at least these two getting along in some capacity ^-^

Saphron just about had enough.
She liked Theo. He was a really cool brother, but dear gods, she wished he would take his activities elsewhere. He heard when he took that Hailey girl back to his room the first time around. And she didn't get any sleep that night. He didn't do a silencing spell and dear god that former jackalope was horny and loud. Since then, Saphron was just shooting daggers at her brother whenever she saw him. And avoiding spending much time in the cabin.
So that's why she was out in the amphitheater. She was sitting by the fire pit as she worked on a little bit of her fire magic. Nothing serious, only minor sparks and embers, but it did keep her very busy and very away from the Hecate cabin, where she had no doubt Theo was having his own fun.

Saphron had no idea what Starla’s reaction would be. She tried to keep her mind off of the impending rejection as she swung around her sword a little bit. Who thought a little piece of metal would possibly get her in trouble with a very pretty girl. She stopped swinging it and looked over at Starla as she started talking and a very pleased smirk crept onto her face. “What,” she asked as a hint of a teasing tone crept into her voice. “Are you finding my flirting distracting… or is it me?”
She chuckled as she shook her head as she looked towards the exit of the arena. “We can go get food… or skip all the fanfare and just head back to one of our cabins.” She finished her statement off with a wink to let Starla know that she was just kidding, mostly.

Are you gonna work on your swordsmanship or just hit on me? Saphron paused for a moment as she blinked at Starla. So she knew that she was coming onto her, but she couldn't tell if they were welcomed or not. This girl was just so... Saphron couldn't put her finger on it, but it was almost like dense. Dense to being hit on? Nah, dense was probably the wrong word for it, but Saphron did find the girl hard to read.
After a couple of moments of being caught off-guard, Saphron relaxed as a slight smirk crept onto her face. "By the way you've said it, I'm guessing I'm not allowed to do both?" she asked as she swung Dick Chopper around a bit. "That's a shame. I wanted to do both."

And once again the girl seemed to be rejecting Saphron's advances. She couldn't believe it. Wasn't she flirting a little bit ago with her own sexual innuendo? Saphron was all shades of confused, but she wanted to press on and keep on flirting with the girl. She was cute and she couldn't pass up the opportunity. She was going to flirt with Starla whether or not she returned her advances.
But Saphron turned her attention back to Dick Chopper as Starla was explaining how to use her sword. A smirk crept up on Saphron's face as she looked up at Starla. "Right... force," she said with a chuckled as she didn't wink. Maybe the winking was what was throwing Starla off. "I'm pretty good at using a lot of force."

Saphron raised her eyebrows at the girl. She couldn't get a good read on the girl. For one moment she got that she didn't like boys, but then was rejecting Saphron's attempts at flirting. Saphron understood that not everyone had to like her, but this Starla girl was looking so taken aback with the flirting and that made Saphron want to do it more.
Keeping it tight is always good. Saphron was shocked by the girl's words, but a smirk settled onto her face. Maybe she needed a bit of warming up. Saphron was okay with. "Oh, I gotcha," Saphron said as her smirk turned playful. "Keeping it tight. I do keep tight, ya know." She threw the girl another wink as a silly look flashed across her face.

Saphron's eyes widened as Starla lifted her shirt up to give her a very clear view of her stomach. Her very toned, very sexy stomach. A very sexy stomach that she could get down with being underneath. If that was what a core was... "Sign me up," she muttered underneath her breath as she seemed transfixed by the girl's stomach. She suddenly liked cores. Apples had nothing on Starla.
But then that beautiful sight was taken away from her as Starla let go of her shirt. Saphron blinked a couple of times as she looked up at the girl and smirked. "Right, cores," she said with a bit of a smirk as she winked at Starla. "I can get behind that. So that helps someone fight as good as you?"

Saphron's look fell from her face slightly as Starla scrunched up her face. Did she not swing that way? Saphron swore that Starla hated guys or at least their dicks. And here was Saphron completely dick-free. Did she not like to flirt? All those thoughts ran through Saphron's head just as she realized that the girl was trying to tell her something about stance. Right. Stances. That was a thing in fighting. Saphron was starting to regret actually focusing on training with a sword than her actual magic.
"Feet apart," Saphron muttered underneath her breath as she repeated everything Starla said and got into position. It was very awkward for the Hecate girl, especially since she didn't know how to use her weapon unless she absolutely needed to. At this rate, her magic was a better ally than her dick chopper. "Wait... core? Like an apple?" She straightened up a bit. "How do you tighten up an apple?"

Saphron raised her eyebrows and smirked as she could tell that got under Starla's skin. She wanted to know how to fight with a sword, but she wanted to tease Starla and maybe share a bed with her. She couldn't help but smirk a bit as she gently swung her sword and she looked down at her. "Right..." she said as she looked back up at Starla. "Blades and hilts. And force. I like force." She looked at the girl and winked before she said, "So... what is the first thing I should know about handling a sword? I mean the weapon and not a sword, although I would like to see Dick Chopper in action."

Saphron smiled widely as Starla said she would take her underneath her wing. Saphron knew that wasn’t the only thing she wanted to be underneath. Her smile turned into a smirk as she looked down at her sword, which she silently named Dick Chopper. Theo would go white in the face once he learned her sword’s name. That was one interesting conversation she would have with her brother eventually.
But she looked back up at Starla and acted like she was insulted. “Ever used one?” she asked as she straightened up a bit. “I do know that the pointy end goes into the bad guy and that I hold it by the not-so-pointy end. And that I can swing it around a bit.”

Saphron smirked at the girl’s comment before she said, “That would one embarrassing trip to the infirmary for him and he’d probably be the camp laughing stock forever. I don’t know how you would live having your dick cut off.” But Saphron already made the judgement that this girl was cute, but also very witty even if she acted more serious than she needed to be.
“And I’m Saphron,” she said with a bit of a smile to her face before she nodded her head towards Starla’s sword. “So can you teach me how to use a dick-chopper or is there a special sword for that?” She looked down at her sword. “I don’t know if I want to get my sword dirtied with penis blood. It’s much too shiny for that.”

So Miss Cranky Pants could smile. Saphron couldn't help but feel a little bit victorious over that. But she knew this girl meant trouble if she happened to offend her, which Saphron tended to do a lot, then it could have meant trouble for the girl. But things seemed to take a turn at Saphron's sword comment. This was a good thing. If she didn't die, it was definitely a good thing.
"I think the boys would beg to differ," Saphron said with a bit of a smirk. "They fling their dicks around so much that they think they can conquer anything." She laughed for a moment as a smile grew on her face. "But I would like to see them to take on monsters without their pants on." She raised her eyebrows at the girl anyway as a smirk settled onto her face. "But I would rather take a sword than a penis any day."

The girl that Saphron picked out from the arena seemed to be the only one who knew how to work a sword, plus she was just a little bit pretty. Saphron couldn’t help but be a little bit biased in selecting her to ask. However, she was not planning on the girl not acting so nice to her back. Saphron was taken aback as she blinked a couple of times before a cheeky smirk crept onto her face.
“It looks like you might need a chill pill or something,” she said before she laughed a bit. She looked down at the sword in her hand as she looked up at the girl. “I don’t like swords. Well… I really don’t like things that penetrates other things.”

Saphron wasn't that much of a fighter. She liked doing her spells and magic and working on ceremonies for her mother than actual fighting. Saphron did know a bit of offensive and defensive magic, but Chiron still wanted her to practice with a real weapon, which was a big bummer for her. She first had to find her sword in the mess of her room. It was enchanted to look like a wand when she wasn't using it, but a stick easily got lost in her room. She finally found it under Theo's clothes before she made her way to the arena.
She stood there at the entrance for a few moments as she watched everyone. She had no clue what she was doing and she was pretty sure that she needed to fight some dummies, but at the same time, she didn't know how to use her sword. Her eyes searched the arena before they settled on someone who looked like they knew what they were doing. She walked over to the with a big, friendly smile on her face. "Hey you," she called out to the girl she picked. "Do you know how to use a sword?"

Saphron rolled her eyes as she looked over at her brother. She tried to keep quiet through the conversation as she was looking for clothes to fit Hailey, but he was just pushing it a little too far. "Gods, Theo," she said as she straightened up and shut her dresser drawer shut. "Can't you try to kiss the girl when I'm not around? I'm not here to be the backup vocals for you little Disney fantasy."
She gave Hailey a sympathetic look before she pointed to the pile of clothes she had thrown on her bed. "You can wear those in the meantime. They might be a little baggy, but it's better than those rags you're wearing. And you are welcomed to stay with us. I'll make sure that Theo doesn't try any funny business with you."
