Quest of the century. (Quest)

"Wrong choice." Uriel then grinned and jumped in mid air, the leather on his boot making him jump further in mid air, swinging his legs Uriel pointed his newly acquired rod at the man with the sword and with a click he watched as it fired a red light. Hoping to disintegrate him.

Uriel landed at the back of the man in a kneeling position, shoving his rod back on his waist Uriel stood up and clenched his fist together.

[Harper Jones]

Harper sat there bored as she watched Uriel defeating the monster.
"Can I just go?" She asked Xenos, almost whining. "He's going to get here in a few minutes... so it's probably in your best interest to let me go."

[Xenos Dhar]

"No, I want you to wait." Xenos pointed at the bottom of the cliff. "Look. He's already here." He muttered something under his breath and a image appeared in the air. It showed Uriel fighting the five primordial warriors. As Uriel fought one two more attacked him from behind. Though they couldn't seem to land a hit. One warrior using a pair of hooked swords cut through the rod that Uriel had taken. It exploded in a burst of multi-colored energy.

Uriel flt the rod getting taken away. Yet he took the advantage and kicked the one who did it away. Uriel then jumped back and used the strength that his gloves provided to pick up on e of the trees hurling it towards them

[Xenos Dhar]

The image in the air in front of Xenos and Harper showed the fight as it progressed. The warrior using the hammer slammed the massive weapon into the trees, breaking them into toothpicks. The fourth warrior, the one who used the spear/sword thing, rushed in between the trees and attacked Uriel, swinging upwards.

[Harper Jones]

Harper didn't like how everything was thrown at Uriel. She should be taking some of the attack too. That's when the rash idea formed into her head. Without second thought, she unsheathed Weed Whacker and slashed at Xenos.

Uriel saw the one with the huge hammer slash the tree away. With that Uriel opened his palms and aimed to blast the giant away.

Uriel turned to the one who tried to slash him. using the momentum he clapped his hands together and a shadow spike fired from the ground towards his chest.

[Xenos Dhar]

Xenos blocked Harper's attack with the sleeve of his coat. A metallic clang could be heard when the blade hit. "Bad idea, little Harper." Xenos put away his katars, and reached a hand out towards Harper. A gigantic hand made out of shadows appeared in between them. It matched the child of the night's hand move for move. Xenos grabbed Harper with the hand, lifting her into the air. "I would have left you alone if you hadn't attacked me." His face darkened.

The primordial warrior with the sword/spear burst into dust. Three of the remaining fighters charged Uriel. The fourth, the one who used brass knuckles couldn't be seen. Right before the three charging fighters got to Uriel, the fourth one showed up behind him, and drove his fist into Uriel's ribs. The blow knocked Uriel into the path of the other three.

Harper struggled against the shadow hand. There was no way she was going to sit around and watch Uriel get attack when she was so close to the man controlling the attacks. She squeezed her eyes tight and focused on the plants in the soil. The one thing she remembered from fifth grade science class was that volcanic soil was the most nutrient-rich. Vines, trees, plants started growing all around Xenos trying to encase him.

[Xenos Dhar]

Xenos cursed as the vines burst from the ground. Before they could grab him, he moved Harper over to off the cliff. "Stop the plants, or I drop you." He growled. His face was twisted with rage. The child of the night shook her for emphasis. "NOW." Xenos said, as another vine made for him.

[Harper Jones]

Harper panicked a bit as soon as she was floating over the edge. Calling off the plants seemed like the smart thing to do, but Harper was always rash.
"Then call off the attack on him," she said coolly. "If you don't, I'll add some poison ivy into the mix."
She really hoped that he would actually listen to her. It was quite a drop from where she was.

[Xenos Dhar]

Xenos growled at her feeble threat. He started to slowly open his hand, one finger at a time. The shadows mimicked him. He grinned when she screamed. "Now, are you going to be a good girl?" His face was malicious. "Or, are you going to fall? Remember. You have no room to negotiate with me." The shadows around him seemed to flex as if they were alive.

[Harper Jones]

Harper did scream when the shadows loosened around her and she panicked. He called her bluff, but she really didn't want to cooperate. A few broken bones really didn't compare to being around Greasy. Poison ivy was also added into the plant mix as it creeped around Xenos and created a cage around him.
"Just let me go," she said through gritted teeth as she prepared for the fall.

[Xenos Dhar]

"Fine." Xenos grinned. He lifted his hand and placed her up higher on the cliff. "Now, stay there." He snapped his fingers and two primordial warriors appeared next to Harper. "Make sure she doesn't go anywhere." The child of the night turned and shadow traveled away. He reappeared at the bottom of the cliff.

Great... babysitters...
Harper sat down on the ground as she glared at her two babysitters. She should be the one fighting. Was Xenos scared to fight her or something? He was the one that put the brainwashing ring on her in the first place. She should at least get some revenge. She tapped her sword on the ground as she watched her two babysitters. They weren't paying attention to her anyway.
After a few minutes, she got bored and wanted to be in the action, again. In one quick swoop, she sliced both of the babysitters and they turned into dust. She quickly got up and started descending the volcano.
