i am not fully sure but i think the minor cabins are multiple ones they just lumped us in to one in the groups so they would not have to make...100s of groups
as for the talking i can have seamus think her hair is part of his sense thing and try to work it out and by doing so talks to her to find out why he sees her hair as blue

Bast and Natsea ENEMIES! Yep. Enemies. I could see Bast definitely developing an interest in Natsea because of her social awkwardness and Fishy enjoys watching people go through all sorts of awkwards and stuff. Perhaps something happened in the past that caused Natsea to find out Fishy likes this and whatnot. Then Nat hates Fishy while Fishy's just eating popcorn and loving it. So, yeaaah....
