Jessi could tell that she hurt him by not saying I love you back, but she couldn't bring herself to say it back. The feeling was there, but the hesitation was keeping her from saying it. But now that she saw the look on his face, she couldn't help but swear and curse at herself in her head. She took a deep breath as she tried not to break down in tears again. She pressed her lips together as she slowly nodded her head. "Yeah..." she said softly as she looked at him and smiled weakly. "You might want to get that checked out before it somehow ruins your modelling career."

It wasn't his place to be upset. Many people had told him they loved him with out him returning the words. That scared him though, because he had never loved those people in the first place. He had been playing them, using them even. The possibility of Jessi using him caused a sinking feeling in his stomach which he tried to push away.

"Babe I haven't modeled in years," he pointed out. A part of him missed modeling. Not necessarily the job itself, but the lifestyle it came with. The sex and the partying... It was his scene. It was where he fit in. Camp Half-blood, well, not so much. He wondered if Jessi had ever seen any of his modeling work. Some of it was pretty explicit in all honesty. "You ever seen my work?" he asked her. If she had it would have been of a younger him as he had stopped modelling when he came to camp a few years ago.

Jessi rolled her eyes at Mickey as a slight smirk settled on her face. “Well, ruining any potential chances you have to get back into modeling,” she said as she looked at him. He really needed to get it checked out and she couldn’t help but feel a little upset that she was the one who did it to him. When asked if she saw his work, she shook her head and laughed. “Maybe a couple of things?” she said as she raised an eyebrow at him. “Didn’t you do a big underwear campaign or something? I know some girls I know have pictures of you hidden away somewhere. It’s super creepy now because you’re now my boyfriend, but what am I supposed to do?” She finished her statement off with a shrug as she looked at him.

"Okay, okay, I'll go to the infirmary," he chuckled, holding his hands up in surrender. It made him sort of happy that she cared. Not many people had ever cared. When he broke his arm sliding down the banister in the family manor, his father had told him to suck it up and stop crying. The 7 year old had been distracting him from his work.

"And yeah, I've done a lot of underwear shoots. Some nude ones too," he said with a wink. He couldn't help but grin at her comment about girls having spreadsheets of him tucked away. He missed the fame and fangirls always crawling on him. He had to focus on Jessi though, his girlfriend.

Jessi raised her eyebrows as she gave her boyfriend a once over. She smirked a bit as she looked up at him before she reached out to grab him by the shoulder so she could push him towards the door so he could go to the infirmary. He was in bad shape and she knew he would be in worse shape if he postponed his visit. “So people outside of camp know what you’re packing?” she asked as she chuckled and shook her head. “I guess that’ll give them consolidation, since you’re all mine now.” She stuck her tongue out at him to show that she was teasing him slightly.

He walked back with her, pulling her close once his back made contact with the door. He couldn't help but chuckle at her words. "Don't worry, princess. You could beat any one of their asses." The thought of being tied down was weird though. The boy had quite literally never dated anyone and now he was dating a girl he had knocked up. It was a lot of commitment to process in one day.

"I'll see you later, okay?" he promised, planting a soft kiss on her forehead. He grabbed her ass, giving it a little squeeze before spinning around and heading over to the infirmary with a pit in his stomach.
