Fishy go Splash, 'Slash'? || Cheyenne

It was always a 'joy' when the augur got some visions to the insight of the future to be, as he being the son of the 'lovely' Phoebus (Apollo) and heir/Legacy to the God of Foresight it made his life a tad bit easier in the vision department, well... He'd be lying he did say. Not only were his visions at times too clear, they made rather 'unique' visions as well. "Gods... Is she even gonna believe me?" He asked himself as he though of what he saw, a massive fishy creature invade and destroying camp, did the Gods just love making thing cryptic? Or where they serious with this? He itched his head outta nervousness and well, lack of faith as Chey always had this air to her that he wasn't quite fond of, it seemed all of stress and with the augur more stress only lead to more insane visions so he tended to avoid most drama if possible... Which sadly it wasn't in a vast majority of his cases as... 'Hey! He has future powers! Let's ask him about what to do or say! Great idea inconsiderate demigod/legacy.' But hey, it wasn't all bad right? Right?

It always seemed to be one thing or another, but that was the day in the life of a Praetor or at least Cheyenne being Praetor. She just got out of a hellaciously long Senate meeting. They were debating about all sorts of things and some of the arguments they tried to press made Cheyenne want to strangle them or at least go all Mr. Miyagi on a dummy tonight. So she was very relieved once the meeting was over. She wanted out of this stupid toga and she wanted to get rid of some of this stress that built up inside of her, but as soon as she stepped outside, she paused in her tracks.

The Augur was there. That was never a good sign. Cheyenne internally groaned. She never spoke to him unless he had urgent issues or he had one of those so-called visions. Cheyenne didn’t believe in that kind of crap, but the legion highly respected their Augur. She sighed loudly as she walked over to him. “What is it now?” she asked, not wanting to beat around the bush with him.

A.J. blinked, he took a breathe. "Ah, my Praetor, I hope this isn't all intrusive by any means. But my gift of sight and being a vessel for the gods whims... I have been blessed yet again another proclamation of the future." He said in a light tone, his pale eyes glancing into her as he gulped lightly. "As the Gods have granted, I have seen that the camp will soon be under siege by horrors of the depths." A.J. did have a way at making the most ridiculous of visions sound vivid.  "To be honest, I'm not sure when the sea beast will attack, but it seems soon.."

Cheyenne tried not to roll eyes as she heard their lovely Augur speak. Of course she knew he was a child of Apollo and had these so-called visions like every other person who came into this role. Cheyenne never liked hearing about his visions and found them pointless, but it would not be good to hear about the Praetor not listening to their Augur. Half of it wouldn't be so bad if he didn't just elaborate on. Every. Single. Damn. Thing.

She sighed loudly as she looked at A.J. before she nodded her head. "Okay, so we might be under attack by a sea monster..." she stated as she raised her eyebrows at him. "Did you happen to see what kind of sea monster we're up against or did we just randomly upset a random fishy?"

If only the Praetor could see the nonsense that went threw his head, it was several dozen random futures he could see just by chatting it to her, but alas, thought bubbles only existed in comic books and television. "No, not just any see monster my Praetor, I believe it will be a Kraken that will be attempting to be defiling the sanctity of our camp." He never understood why he chatted so formally with the Praetor, then again.. It usually did detract from her usual 'scowl' when he did so... Maybe it was for his best interest that he did keep talking like a dictionary.

"A Kraken?" Cheyenne repeated as she looked at A.J. with a slight look of disbelief. She knew that the entire demigod thing was weird, but she still expected some things to actually say mythical, like the Kraken. But from the sounds of their augur, the Kraken wasn't going to stay mythical. "So we managed to piss off a Kraken..." she said slowly as she breathed out and clicked her tongue. In her head, she was already running through different ways to fortify the camp from a sea-based attack and how they needed to prepare. Fin needed to know about this, especially if this particular vision proved to be true. Cheyenne was about to turn on her heels to go prepare before a thought hit her. She turned back to A.J. as she cocked an eyebrow at him. "Do you know when this pissed off fishy is going to attack?"
