This was a great time in my life, I came here after my dad passed and this place helped me a lot, to open up, to feel and I'm grateful for everyone and everything we did.

"Someone approaching..." AJ froze. "Shit..."
He muttered under his breathe. The last thing the augur wanted was someone listening in on him or my the Gods forbid give him an unnecessary and lengthy quest for their cheap amusement. His pond colored eyes glanced to the the kinship of Venus and looked him up and down, then with a light sigh and a slight adjustment to his sun-kissed hair, he spoke.
"Now, what can I do for you. Centurion of the Third?"
His tone gentle, not wanting to startle his guest.
"Did you need an audience with me? Or.... The king himself?"
AJ then chuckled lightly.
"Though, I must warn you... He doesn't respond much, not even to I."

As the day began a new, the child of Sol yawned softly as he passed quietly threw the solemn Temple hill. Soon the boy was graced by the vivid aubergine that embroidered the halls of the temple that he knew he'd be trapped in the most. Almost out of habit, Alexander sighed as his gaze meet with the golden embodiment of Jupiter Optimus Maximus.
"A testament really." He muttered that in which echoed threw the hallow temple.
"Day in and day out, I spend my days now it seems at your feet.. I'm humbled yes my King... But, yet, nothing... The last attempt and that was fishy fiasco."
Alex sighed.
"It's not a problem my King... But don't you think blessing me with a gift was a mistake?" His cloudy green eyes looked to the gem incrusted monument.
"Am I meant to be the eyes for this world? Or.. Was it a fluke?"
'Fluke' as it began to echo threw the temple the boy asked again.

The child of Sol entered the complex, his hand fixing his hair lightly as he didn't wanted to look his best to his Praetor, as he entered the room he cleared his throat lightly. "Yes, my Praetor?" He said lightly tone. "What is it that you wish to speak with me? An inquiry? A vision? An odd dream?" He listed off. "As, I may be blessed by my father to bare his gift of 'foresight' it isn't uncommon or unheard of for other demigods to also have these glimpses." He nodded. "Anyways.." He chuckled lightly. "My apologies for rambling, my Praetor."

If only the Praetor could see the nonsense that went threw his head, it was several dozen random futures he could see just by chatting it to her, but alas, thought bubbles only existed in comic books and television. "No, not just any see monster my Praetor, I believe it will be a Kraken that will be attempting to be defiling the sanctity of our camp." He never understood why he chatted so formally with the Praetor, then again.. It usually did detract from her usual 'scowl' when he did so... Maybe it was for his best interest that he did keep talking like a dictionary. |

"Well, I just stay here more often than not... I was kinda raised here as my mother is a priestess for the Gods..." A.J. said lightly, as he soon got to rummaging threw his beg. "And as for here... I usually wait for the Gods to grant me with some sort of future sight.. As I get visions or well omens of what is to happen.. Or what is to come more or less... It's nothing fancy when your father is Titan of Sight and thus it kinda is natural I guess?" He said as he took his little hand harp into his palm, strumming a few strings as he tuned the instrument. "So, Inari... What brings you here?" He asked with with a light smile as he did enjoy the company she had been providing.

A.J. blinked, he took a breathe. "Ah, my Praetor, I hope this isn't all intrusive by any means. But my gift of sight and being a vessel for the gods whims... I have been blessed yet again another proclamation of the future." He said in a light tone, his pale eyes glancing into her as he gulped lightly. "As the Gods have granted, I have seen that the camp will soon be under siege by horrors of the depths." A.J. did have a way at making the most ridiculous of visions sound vivid. "To be honest, I'm not sure when the sea beast will attack, but it seems soon.."

It was always a 'joy' when the augur got some visions to the insight of the future to be, as he being the son of the 'lovely' Phoebus (Apollo) and heir/Legacy to the God of Foresight it made his life a tad bit easier in the vision department, well... He'd be lying he did say. Not only were his visions at times too clear, they made rather 'unique' visions as well. "Gods... Is she even gonna believe me?" He asked himself as he though of what he saw, a massive fishy creature invade and destroying camp, did the Gods just love making thing cryptic? Or where they serious with this? He itched his head outta nervousness and well, lack of faith as Chey always had this air to her that he wasn't quite fond of, it seemed all of stress and with the augur more stress only lead to more insane visions so he tended to avoid most drama if possible... Which sadly it wasn't in a vast majority of his cases as... 'Hey! He has future powers! Let's ask him about what to do or say! Great idea inconsiderate demigod/legacy.' The Augur couldn't help but crack a smile to the others remark."Oh, no.. Not at all, some alone time is nice and all and complaining would certainly be easy... I guess what for he or my father to least off some permission would a lovely... Or some sight would be nice." Alex said lightly, his eyes glaceing to the slightly over done statue. "Awh well, waiting is all find and dandy... " He said with a light hop in his step as he glace to his beg and then to the girl. "Oh! My apologies! I didn't even introduce myself. I'm the current augur, ya can call me.. Alex, Andre, Um... Jonas if ya really wanted... Xandre would also be acceptable.. Or A.J., it's usually A.J..." He said as thought out loud for the various names that people have given him threw out the years. "Ah... Sorry, sorry... I was rambling... What brings you to temples?" He finally got around to asking.

The young augur was used to spending his time alone in the temple, under the watchful and yet peering eyes of the Gods, he soon sat back and let loose a gentle sigh as he rested his cheek and chin into his right palm, he hummed quietly but soon grew bored of that. "Ya know..." He said to himself lightly. "I usually enjoy this bliss of silence when people don't need me to glance into what could be one of several futures... But, I won't lie... I do kinda, sorta miss the interaction..." He laid back before the statue of Jupiter Optimus Maximus. "I do have my harp if I totally get bored..." He thought out loud.

Personality-- It is very clear that Alex is very compassionate, fair and level-headed as well as patient. He balances others with much more impulsive personality with ease. He is shown to be quick to understand a puzzle or situation with minimal effort.
Alex usually appears cold and distant to others, a trait that is sometimes reflected in his work as the camp’s augur. This is because he possesses precognition and is able to see the resolution of events before they have happened. As shown threw visions, he just wants to do what he believes is right, which is to face problems by acting as though they have already been resolved, as he sees them in the future. Because of this, he has trouble letting out his emotions in the present, because he already sees the futures where these emotions have been resolved, opposite to most who live in the moment and is more open about their emotions. Alex's blasé attitude to the present can make him appear somewhat passive-aggressive as well.

History-- Alex is the demigod son of the Roman god Sol and the mortal priestess Rosa Leonhardt. Alex was born and raised within the walls of the Roman demigod camp by his loving mother, who in turned was one of the many legacies and priestess for the camp. But because of Alex's poor sight, She kept him in the temple for his own safety.Hoping he'd be healed of his infliction by the Gods.
But as Alex aged he soon began to see far better than most, but not with his eyes but with the gift of foresight, Alex grew with always knowing that one day he'd become the next augur, growing up to others avoiding the boy for his glimpses into what could be their futures, knowing full and well one move could change their lives forever. Initially this scared him, it made him wish for the longest time that had just went blind, so he couldn't see the awfulness that future held, It made him worry for the people who he'd meet,worried that he'd see their demise right before him. Making the young boy feel as though he was cursed more so then blessing.
Now as the camps current augur, Alex may have to deal with people's hardship, and he may see the future full of and sure, people are well, what help him function, help him breathe. They maybe result in the ever changing fate in eyes of the Gods. But hey.They are only human... Or, well at least 1/2 or more.
