Marius sighed as they got off the yacht. John was definitely not going to approve of this next part. "Okay.... let's find the fuel reserves on this thing." He stood up and searched the ship until he found them. The son of Hermes picked up the canisters and dumped them all over the yacht, starting from where he found the fuel and moving towards the steering area. When it was all dumped, he began moving the bottles of wine, so that they were set up in clusters. Marius could hear Charybdis now. He grabbed one of the molotov cocktails and walked over to the controls. The thief increased the speed of the yacht, so that it was going to ram Charybdis at full speed. He lit the cocktail that was in his hand and walked down into the kitchen. Marius grabbed a suitcase from a room along the way. He packed as much food as he could into the suitcase. The son of Hermes cursed as he walked back outside and felt the ship jerk, knocking him over. He watched as the molotov cocktail he was holding sailed through the air and exploded on the deck, igniting almost the entire ship. He cursed again as he felt flames burning his back. The son of Hermes stood up quickly and teleported to the front of the ship. He saw Charybdis and then turned around. He pulled out something he had prepared for the quest, a vial of greek fire. Marius threw the vial causing the ship to explode. The son of Hermes could feel himself be thrown backwards. His shirt in flames. He looked over at the speed boat and teleported himself to it, landing with a crash behind the others. The suitcase of food landed next to him as he blacked out.

Erryn watched the yacht from the front of the speedboat. "I know the monkey probably knows what he's dong but try to stay close to Charybdis. If we get to close to Scylla we would be dead meat within seconds." She said to John still watching. She had to squint when the yacht blew up and then had to wait about ten seconds to get her site back completely. She turned around when she heard a thud. "Ugh! Hermes kids not good at noble hero thing, true. Hermes kids keep surviving, not exactly true." She said walking to Marius and rolling him over a couple times to get the fire off his shirt.

John freaked out a bit when Marius appeared in the back of the boat and passed out. He was about to hyperventilate until Shogun smacked him and pointed to the gas lever. "Oh, right," John mumbled as he grabbed the lever and gave it a firm yank. The boat sped up and they barely missed Charybdis and they missed Scylla by a long shot. John breathed a sigh of relief as they were in the clear. He looked over at Shogun. "So, where are we heading, little fella?"

Shogun pointed at a nearby island and then at Marius. The little monkey put his head on his hands for an obvious sign of sleep. "Wha..." Marius stirred and tried to sit up. Failing miserably at said attempt, he laid back down and looked at the others. "Did it work?"

John rolled his eyes as he steered the boat towards the island. "Well, we're alive," he said matter-of-factly. "So yeah, it worked." He pushed and pulled all of the levers Shogun pointed to as they approached the island. After a couple of minutes, the boat stopped off the shore of the island. He turned around the face his quest mates. "The monkey says we need to crash here for tonight. Any objections?"

Marius didn't like the idea of stopping, but he wanted to talk to Valeria. His eyes were hard as he said. "Fine, but I want to be moving at first light." The son of Hermes ignored his wounds as he was finally able to stand. "That island?" He asked, pointing.

Erryn sat on the side of the boat looking at the island. "Well I'm fine with stopping. But any specific reason for stopping?" she said looking at Shogun. She trusted the monkey to an extant, but that extant was about halfway. If Shogun led them to some monster that extant would be about to a quarter.

John just nodded his head as the boat drifted closer to the island. After a couple of minutes, it landed on shore and John got off. He looked around the island. It was a wreck. He turned around and looked at Shogun. "Are you sure this is the right place? Doesn't look very inhabitable." But the primate only nodded his head that it was the right place. John rolled his eyes. "Lovely..."

Marius tried walking towards land, but suddenly found himself face first on the floor. Pain flaring through his leg. "Some help, please?" He called out to the others. "Apparently, I'm still not at one hundred percent." The son of Hermes pushed himself up into a sitting position, and pulled his pant leg up to reveal a nasty cut. "Oww...."

Meanwhile, Seraph was watching them. a Falcon was flying over the island and she was spying on them. Wearing a Military bra and pants, she rolled her eyes and said "The Idiots are here, bring her out."

The island slowly quaked, a huge crack appearing, with that a woman in a hood with blonde locks falling to her shoulders arose, two torches of flames by her shoulder, she was holding a white staff with a goat's head, her blue eyes was traced on them, then she smirked and said "You shouldn't have come here, mortals." She said and glanced at their boat, making it ignite in flames.

Marius cursed as he landed next to John. His leg flared with pain again. "Yeah, not going to do that again soon." He looked up at Hecate. "That's against the rules." The son of Hermes said with a smile. "The Olympians had all the gods swear on the river Styx not to attack a mortal unprovoked. I wonder what they are going to do to you now." He knew that it wouldn't effect the goddess for long, but breaking an oath made on the river Styx would still hurt an immortal, no matter how powerful.

John freaked out when someone appeared out of the ground. It wasn't just anyone, it was a goddess, but he wasn't sure which one. Then the boat exploded and he may or may not screamed like a girl. He glanced over at Marius. "I think stepping foot on this island is good enough to provoke someone, don't you?"

Marius pointed at John and laughed. "Did you really just scream?" He chuckled as he used a piece of rubble to pull himself to his feet. Shogun jumped onto his shoulder. "I didn't want to have to use this thing...." The son of Hermes sighed as he pulled a very distinct ring out of his back pocket. "Stay back please." He told his quest mates.

The woman laughed and said "Pathetic boy....." With that she slammed her staff in the ground and blue energy traveled around the island, when it disappeared. Hecate was levitating with a shield around her, while slowly huge half men half horse skeletons started to rise, they had horns and they we're ten foot tall and they held huge butcher blades. Hecate laughed and said "Let's make them tougher!"

Hecate snapped her fingers and the skeletons ignited in flames, they now we're flaming skeleton centaurs.

Marius put on the ring and activated it. His wounds closed up and healed. He looked up at the goddess and scoffed, waving her off. The white armor was a stark contrast to the now smoldering landscape. The son of Hermes could feel the ring's power burrowing into his mind. Hello, you. He heard the Joker's voice greet him. "Where have you been?" Marius was surprised he was so calm about the voice in his head. "What did Dionysus do?"
