The trick to her keeping the boys in line? Dru laughed and walked next to her sister, pretending like she was a spy. "The secret my dear Anastasya is to threaten them." she laughing and shrugging "Machiavelli did say it is better to be feared then loved!" she said laughing. Truthfully, just a small glare and a thread to 'bury them so deep their dad won't even know where they are' does the trick nicely.
Then she said something about Hermes and Hephaestus and how nice they were and they could get stuff from them. "Yeah, it is nice, gotta bribe some of them but the sassy-ness coming from me usually makes them skip that part." she said, thinking about the name she mentioned. "No i don't think i have ye-" she said and stopped thinking about four words. I like them. Adrian. "Wait wait wait. Adrian, is this a kid you like or you LIKEEEEEEEEEEE" she said adding a emphases to it. "Come on I'm your sister you should know better then to keep crushes from me. I have to hunt them down and threaten their man hood if they hurt you." she said, jokingly. She wouldn't hunt anyone down..that she knew of. |

Dru just laughed at her sisters comment about actually moving her. "No no, thank you but I'm fine. I've got them under control." she said jokingly. Her brother couldn't do anything to her if they tried. She was just as powerful as they were, she just didn't let their family get to her.
Working out? Dru had to give her credit, she didn't do anything extra to train. She didn't have the will to. Training just didn't appeal to her, even if she knew she was in danger. She never really felt threaten by anything.
"The boys, who knows where they are. Probably loathing life or fighting someone." she said sarcastically. They always did the same thing, they fell into the stereotype for their cabin and it just made her not want to bother with then. "I've been good though, I was just hanging around camp with some Hermes kids. It's been a good day." she said with a smile, stepping into the room. She had never been in here before and it was nice looking. She was lucky, Dru would have given anything to be cabin leader.

As always the hades cabin was quiet and creepy. She could probably hear a fly fart if Dru tried hard enough. She had been out all day, walking around the forest, hanging out with a few Kids from Hermes and just wondering around camp, anything to keep from coming to her cabin but she knew at some point she would need to. She wanted a nap.
As she walked in, pulling her hair down from it's pony tale, she didn't heard anything but knew one of her siblings were here. She could feel it. And judging by the fact she could feel them in the Cabin Leader room she knew exactly who it was. She went over and stood by the door, seeing Anastasya sitting on her new bed with a towel over her face before throwing it to the side. Apparently she could tell Dru was here too since she asked who was there and Dru just smiled. "Just your favorite sibling. At least I hope i am, cause I'll be insulted if I wasn't" she said joking around. Maybe being in the cabin would be so bad if she could talk with Ana. "Hows it going Miss Cabin Leader? Loving the solo room while I'm stuck with the guys." |

HISTORY: Greenvill South Carolina is a small town home to rich, plantation like homes and old country women sitting and sipping iced tea. Melinda Alberts was a part of one of those families, but she was never a true part of it. She never fit in with her family and was a outcast. It became even worst when in this hard headed family she suddenly became pregnant after being missing for a few days. Pregnant with, Dru.
Dru had been raised by this family, mostly her grandmother. She was raised as a young lady while her mother worked. She had only been 4 though when her mother passed away. She hadn't realized it much, being she only saw her mother at night for a few hours before bed. Through her childhood she hadn't known much about her mom, never knowing her dad and being raised by her grandmother and other relatives. She was raised as a sweet southern bell, with a lot to learn about her true self. Though she was treated the same as her mother was, out casted, like she was nothing more then a ghost to her own family. She knew she wasn't wanted in the house hold, because it ruined the family name, so she kept herself as lady like as possible to try to at least make it not horrible on her family to be there. She read and acted like the perfect southern bell, not that she wanted to but she had no choice in the matter.
Being a kid of hades meant she was easy to find and by time she was 12 she had been attacked for the first time, by a Empousa. She had no idea what it was or why all the sudden some winged leather creature saved her from it. When it tried to grab her and tried to hit it away with a umbrella before it did a shadow travel and dragged her to a place called camp half blood. There she learned who she was and what the creature was that saved her. She also learned her mother was killed by Empousa, like the one that attacked her but she doesn't understand why she was, wanting to find answers to it.
Shes been going off and on to camp since then, going between home and camp, trying to figure out who killed her mother and why till one year ago she found a small fox that had taken a liking to her and kept it as her pet, her grandparents drew the line at that. They didn't want that in their house so she left for real this time and hasn't been back. She has learned a lot about fighting since she started camp in at 12 years old and knows a couple of people.
