After calling out to her ex, Jessi reached up and started rubbing the temples of her forehead as she closed her eyes. Her headache kept pounding and she was wondering if any of the medicines she took were going to kick in soon. Then again, she doubt they would really make a difference, because being around Kurtis naturally gave her a bigger headache.
She had half a mind to leave and go elsewhere to recover when she opened her eyes to see her ex getting out of the water. Her breath caught in her chest a bit. His mother might have been the goddess of love, but Jessi swore sometimes Kurtis was really a sex god... and it might have been true considering how many times they were in each other's bed.
But then Kurtis had to go and open his stupid mouth and Jessi groaned. "And what's it to ya if I still am?" she challenged him, but the sound of her own voice in her pounding head made her wince again. She groaned as she closed her eyes once more and massaged her temples more as she muttered about stupid hangovers and stupid ex-boyfriends.

Jessi was fighting the hangover from Hades. She was drinking almost every night, but not as much since her confrontation with her ex. Last night was an exception since there was a party at the Dionysus cabin... and the Dionysus kids knew how to throw one heck of a party. So Jessi was fighting the pounding headache and cotton mouth since she woke up. She took medicine for it and it was slowly getting better, but not quick enough. It wasn't long before after that she decided to go out and get some fresh air.
She slipped on her favorite sweatshirt she recently recovered from the Aphrodite cabin over her ex's clothes. Yes, she still wore his shirt and boxers even though they were still not together. He did give her permission to keep and wear them and it didn't hurt that they were very comfy to sleep in.
So she stumbled out of her cabin and decided to walk around camp a little bit. She really wasn't controlling her feet, but it wasn't long before she found herself at the beach. Jessi plopped down towards the edge of the water as she squinted out into the distance. The sun was dancing on the water and it was not helping Jessi's headache one bit. Even though she was very close to going back to her cabin, she noticed something on the water.
Her ex boyfriend. She inwardly groaned when she saw him. Her mind was debating whether or not she should acknowledge him or not. However, she felt like she had to say something since the rock climbing wall incident. "Hey!" she called out to him before wincing slightly at the sound of her voice. "Don't you ever put on a shirt?"

Jessi rolled her eyes when Kurtis said she could keep his clothes for right now. "I keep forgetting you Aphrodite boys have a lot of clothes." She looked at him with a smirk as her eyes glanced over his chest. The way his vodka-drenched shirt clung to his skin made for a delicious sight. Jessi had to restrain herself from biting her lower lip and practically pouncing on her ex boyfriend at that moment. Damn, her drunk self was really missing those intimate moments they spent together.
She stalled for a moment when he stood up. She wasn't quite exactly sure that pouncing on her ex by the climbing wall to have her way with him was a good enough excuse. Before she knew it, his arms were wrapped around her in a hug. She quickly buried her head in the crook of his neck and took a deep breath before he pulled away. After he took a few steps away, she looked down at herself and chuckled a bit. "Let me know if you need cleaning up," she called out after him as she stumbled a few steps backwards. "Because if you need a shower buddy, I'm right here." She bit her lower lip before she turned around and stumbled back to the cabins so she could finally retrieve her sweatshirt.

Jessi watched the bottle melt into the lava as she crossed her arms across her chest and looked down at Kurtis. She tried her best to keep a straight face, but damn those clothes and how they clung to his body. The temptation was there for a moment. Oh she badly wanted to drag his sexy ass back to her cabin and have her dirty ways with him. But she wasn't going to do that quite yet. Oh no, she was waiting for her long-deserved apology before she dragged his ass to her bed.
She stood there and looked at Kurtis just lay back against the ground. Then he started finally apologizing to her. Jessi pursed her lips together as she looked down at him and kept her arms crossed. She didn't want to do anything stupid at that moment. Not until she got a proper apology. "You think?" Jessi spat out at him. "Maybe getting your head out of your ass would've helped a lot too." She rolled her eyes as she looked away, but then he finally told her where her sweatshirt was. She glanced down at him as she huffed a bit. "Good. I guess I'll return your things when I grab my sweatshirt." She raised her eyebrows at him before she added. "Are you gonna be okay? Or do you like bathing in vodka?"

Crossing a line? Hell, Jessi didn't care at this point. She was drunk and angry. She would cross all the lines if she so pleased. She wasn't going to listen to her whiny ex like it was his time of the month. She rolled her eyes at him. At least she was going to burn his clothes. Maybe burn down his entire cabin. She didn't care anymore. But at least she was going to get her bottle...
Her eyes widened as he threw the bottle back behind him. Her jaw dropped as she followed its path towards the ground. Oh he was so going to die if it... but someone caught it. Her eyes widen as she looked up to see Kurtis's twin holding her bottle and then drinking from it. The fact that it had his germs on it now didn't phase her. At least her bottle wasn't broken and all her money gone to waste.
She stood there stunned for a couple of moments as the boys had their bromance reunion. I was right. A slight smirk ran across Jessi's face as she watched the two. Maybe now Kurtis could stop wallowing and actually pay attention to her once more, if she wanted him back which she wasn't so sure about at the moment. He did almost break her bottle of booze after all. She took the bottle from Kenji and sipped on her drink before the boys parted their ways.
Kurtis fell on his ass. Jessi looked down at him with raised eyebrows as she tried to decide what this moment called for. There was only one at that moment that seemed appropriate at that time, especially since she was drunk. She held the bottle above his head and poured the rest of her booze onto him. "You really are an ass," she told him as she tossed the bottle into the lava a couple of feet away from them. The glass hissed as it melted into fiery earth. "And I think you have some apologizing to do."

"We stopped when that dragon came in swoop up your brother," Jessi spat out him. Hades, she couldn't be sympathetic. Her parents died months ago and she took it better than his twin getting kidnapped. "It stopped when you stopped caring about me and moped a lot." Jessi felt her emotions getting bad, but they were getting worse while she was intoxicated especially when he was threatening to pour out her booze. That only meant that her powers were working without her knowing, which could have meant bad news for her, but even worse news for him if he actually poured out her bottle. There would be Hades to pay.
Her eyes narrowed at him more when he made the threat that he lost her sweatshirt. "FINE!" she snapped at him. "I'M GOING TO BURN ALL OF YOUR CLOTHES!" Her breathing got ragged as she felt her blood slowly boil. "AND I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR NAKED ASS RUNNING AROUND CAMP FOR OTHER GIRLS TO CHECK OUT!" She let out an aggravated scream as she tried to talk herself out of doing something very stupid. "I bet you like that, yeah?" she hissed as her eyes focused on his eyebrows. She was around him long enough to know that his magic worked in his eyes. She reached a hand up to act like she was going to slap him across the fact, but made a grab for her bottle at the last second to hopefully catch him off guard.

"When did you start caring?" she hissed at him as she reached out to swipe to get her bottle again. "Because I remember you stopped caring right after your brother got kidnapped." It didn't take her long to realize that she wasn't going to get her booze back by just sitting down and swiping at it. She slowly got up to face him, but she stumbled a bit as she glared at him. "So, no. You shouldn't care about my alcohol. You should go mope in your corner or whatnot."
Jessi narrowed her eyes as Kurtis said he didn't know where her sweatshirt went. "If you lost it," she said as she jabbed a finger at his chest. "You're gonna die, got it?" Her threat would sound much threatening if she wasn't slurring her words. "And I'm gonna burn all the clothes that you left at my place." She threw her arms up into the air. "I'm gonna have a big old bonfire with all your clothes because you lost my sweatshirt."

Jessi glared at Kurtis as he made his way down the climbing wall. She was not impressed at all and she showed that as she sipped on her bottle. "That was one graceful landing," she muttered to him as she rolled her eyes and glanced off to the side. She knew what he looked like. She really knew what he looked like and she knew about his eyes trick as well. His eyes were his source of charmspeak and the reason why she said to going out with him on the first date anyway. The last thing Jessi wanted to do that day was forgive Kurtis and take him back.
No way in Hades she was going to take him back, especially when he grabbed her bottle. "Hey!" she cried out as she swiped at him to get the bottle back. "Give that back! The Hermes cabin is not cheap!" She glared at him as she continued to try to get the bottle back from him completely ignoring his question. If he looked at the bottle, he would know how much she had already. But then he asked what she had to settle and she narrowed her eyes at him. "You're an ass," she slurred as she shook her fist at him. "And you need to gimme back my sweatshirt. It's still at your cabin."

SIBLINGS!!! I think these two would get along really well. Emma would find it fascinating about him being a twin with Kurtis. But anyway, I think that Kenji can be one of Emma's many trainers in her quest to become bamf.

BIG THREE FRIENDSHIP!!! I see these two having a friendly competition between them when they get into sports or whatever.

ADVENTURE BUDDIES!!! I would love to get Daphne some friends who will go on crazy adventures with her. She's a bit of an adrenaline junkie. Daphne is very friendly, so I can see these two being friends.
Tara & Viv
Viv recently had a near-death experience and now is scared of dying even though her father is the personification of death. With Tara's father being the Lord of the Underworld, I don't see these two interacting that much.

John here is my manslore fresh from New York City. There is no doubt that he'll flirt with her and all that stuff, but he's only interested in some fun, so it wouldn't develop that much.

I have a feeling that these two would have an unique friendship. She's a daughter of Athena with a photographic memory and likes to ramble off facts. She also finds people fascinating to observe and study, especially if they have medical conditions. She's been at camp for a while I'd have to look up how long, but I think 7 years, but I think these two can be friends.
Sin & Daphne
Daphne is a daughter of Zeus and is best friends with a girl in the Poseidon cabin. I don't think these two would be friends, but I can see her keeping an eye on him from afar, especially during his depressed/cynical periods.

Things sucked. Jessi was finally getting settled and then she finally got with a demigod who was nice and everything to her, but then they broke it off. Kurtis happened to get very whiny and moany since his brother... twin... thing... got kidnapped by a dragon. Jessi didn't understand. Instead of doing something about it, he was moping. Jessi couldn't held him in this state so she dumped his ass.
And here she was drunk. She was drunk practically every night since the break up, but she had to stop soon. The Hermes kids were going to raise their prices if she kept consuming all their alcohol. She stumbled through camp with a vodka bottle in her hand as she blinked a couple of times to focus her vision. She didn't know why, but she decided to make her way over to the climbing wall, which would soon turn into a big mistake.
She plopped down on the ground and glanced up to see an ant on top of the climbing wall, except it wasn't an ant. It was her ex. ""KURTIS!" she yelled at him as she waved her bottle at him as her words slurred. "I NEED TO SETTLE SOMETHING WITH YOU, YOU JERK FACE!"
