The sex was good. It always was. Audrey was a little firecracker in bed and yet there was so much more than that too. Free enjoyed the sex. How could she not? But despite how good it was snuggling here with her girlfriend in the afterglow of their love making, that was what it was really about. Free was all too happy to do so and when Aud brought her closer she smiled to herself. Until, that was, she heard the girl's soft murmur.

At first Free didn't really believe it. Had Audrey really meant to say that? Was she just dozing and not really sure what she was saying? Free had never really been in love before but this, well if this was love then it was really nice. Aud made her feel like no one else ever had and maybe it was a risk but the Heracles girl thought she felt the same way.

"You really love me?" Free said as a grin broke across her face. Yes, she thought she liked this idea. She liked it a lot and the fact that Audrey had said it first just made it all the better. "Aud, I love you too girl...like a lot." Love. Audrey loved her. Free was still trying to wrap her mind around it but it felt good and as she snuggled a little closer she thought that she could really get use to this whole love thing. "Just promise me you aren't going anywhere okay?"

Freedom smiled. She liked being Audrey’s ‘babe’ and for the record having Aud around sure made Free happier than she had been in many years. Maybe she was just fooling herself but there was something special about her girlfriend and Free liked it. That said she supposed it was a little cruel of her to keep that beautiful girlfriend waiting especially when she hadn’t exactly stopped with the flirting and the torture since they had set down to eat. She was going to have to change that and she thought she knew how.

“I do love it when you call me that.” Free practically purred at the girl sitting opposite of her. It wasn’t good to play too hard to get and Audrey looked like she was about ready to melt. Free guessed it was about that time to show just how much she appreciated all the hard work her girlfriend had put in to make this evening special. “As soon as possible hmm?” With one hand Free picked up the table food and all and set it effortlessly to the side. As she did so she let her foot drop from its little massage efforts to hook around Audrey’s chair and drag it and her across the floor until they were face to face.

Admittedly it was a showy move but Free wanted to show out. Audrey was one of the best things that had ever happened to her, might even be the best, and right now Free wanted to pick her up, carry her to bed and have a very, very nice evening with her. “Miss Appleby it’s time for dessert and I think I’m going to eat you all up.” Wrapping her strong arms around Audrey’s waist Free gave the girl a gentle tug into her lap and pulled her into a very hungry kiss.

Free's plan was working perfectly. More than just a pleasant distraction she was definitely getting Audrey pretty warmed up. At this rate they would be lucky if they just finished their meal which, as the girl put down her fork, seemed to be the same idea Aud was thinking of at that exact moment. Free just smiled and played enticingly with her food as she continued to watch her girlfriend squirm.

"That bed over there huh?" Free nodded to the bed in the corner as if it was her first time noticing it. She was enjoying this and she would be damned if she was going to let Audrey off that easy after doing so much for her. "And where would I find something...or somebody that I could do in that bed?" Her foot finally found the destination it was searching for and she rubbed gently at that most sensitive of areas to provide a little extra emphasis. Though it wasn't needed at this point she also leaned forward just enough so that Audrey could get a little sneak peak at what she was missing out on through the top of her tank top. "It'd be a real shame if that bed went to waste don't you think?"

“What else is there to think of?” Free asked as she continued to let her foot wander up along Audrey’s inner thigh. She really couldn’t think of anything else Audrey could have done to make this more perfect but maybe the girl had some other ideas in mind. If Aud was holding out on her though she was being incredibly closed lipped about it. Surely she wasn't that good at keeping secrets from her was she? Free didn't think so but it was still fun to play along. She wanted Audrey good in excited for later after all.

"So mysterious..." Free said as she watched the girl. Her eyes where hungry but it wasn't the meal that they were looking at right now. "I wonder what would open those pretty little lips if yours then?" Free took another slow bite as her foot continued to rub along more sensitive areas. "I bet I can think of a few ways to to torture those secrets out you especially since you're just asking for it."

Free gave a little smirk as Audrey flirted with her and when she responded it was in a low, sultry voice. "And here I thought it's what I wasn't wearing that you liked the most." Granted Free liked Audrey in as little as possible too but the girl did have a way of making every outfit she wore dazzling. Something told her though that there would be time enough for that later. Right now Free was hungry and she was anxious to dig in to this meal that her girlfriend had prepared for them.

This was nice. Just the two of them in a quiet, romantic setting. Aud really knew what she was doing and Free was looking at her in a brand new light. Just when she thought she had Audrey figured out she went and did something like this and it just blew her away again. She really was lucky. "So, do I need to be expecting any more surprises because I don't know if I can take anything else. This is already ranking pretty high on my best day ever list."

Free couldn't believe it. This was a lot. A whole, whole lot. How much time had Audrey spent getting ready for this? Truth be told Free was pretty impressed. Who know she had such and industrious girlfriend? Such an amazing girlfriend... "You cooked for me too?" Freedom shook her head unbelievingly and made her way to the table still looking around and trying to take everything in. Everything from the petals to the setting to the delicious smells of the food had her riding on cloud nine and she couldn't remember a time when she had been happier.

"How long did it take you to get all this ready? I mean you must have been planning this for days." Free took a seat at the table as she waited for Audrey to join her. She hadn't stopped smiling since she found out what was really going on here and she didn't think she would stop anytime soon. It was unusual for her but she liked it. "I still can't believe it. You're really pretty amazing. Did you know that?"

Free's anxiety continued to build as they approached their destination. She didn't know what Audrey had done for her but it seemed like it was going to be pretty big and that made her feel awful. There she had been just sitting and drawing away when she should have been planning something sweet for her girlfriend. Now it was too late and as Aud told her not to be nervous it was all Free could do to force a smile to her face.

When the doors came open and she saw what was inside Free knew that she was sunk. It was absolutely beautiful with the rose petals and the dinner by candlelight. Aud had obviously spent hours setting this up and here she was in shorts and a tank top. There was no way she deserved any of this and she felt like scum of the earth right now that Audrey had gone through so much trouble for her. To make matters worse Audrey was looking at her now expecting to see happiness and excitement and all Free had for her was nervousness and anxiety.

Free sighed. She had better come clean on this now before it got too far and maybe she could save it. "This is great babe. I mean it's really sweet and I love it but...you didn't have to do all this for me." She did her best to give a smile that she hoped Audrey wouldn't smack right off her face. "Listen, I'm just going to be straight with you because you're my girl and I really do like you. I completely forgot about today. I know it's not our anniversary or anything like that but whatever the special occasion is I just want to let you know that I really am sorry that I forgot about it. We can still try to make it special if you want because this really is amazing but I promise I'll try not to let it happen again."
