ANYTHING ELSE: For Hailey, everything is black and white. There is no gray unless her twin is involved. She absolutely loathes boys and is cold towards them, but she’s friendly and nice towards females. She can be very persuasive, especially when it comes to convincing girls to answer the call of Artemis. Hailey has a soft spot for her twin sister. She’s relentless in her attempts to turn her sister back to her old self, since they were so close growing up.

HOMETOWN: Southern Indiana
HISTORY: Hailey and Hannah grew up with a relatively normal childhood in the southern Indiana. They knew that their birth father walked out on them when they was a couple of months old and Meredith raised the girls on her own until she met Steven. Hailey and Hannah were only a little more than two years old when Steven became their stepfather and adopted the girls. It was a picture-perfect childhood, but Meredith was never completely happy when her daughters wanted to play with Lego's than with Barbies.
When Hailey and Hannah were eleven, they were attacked by a possessed mongoose when they were visiting the zoo with her parents. Nobody knew what made the animal act so strangely, but they were rescued by a satyr. This satyr explained to their parents that they had to leave for a special camp now. Meredith only nodded her head and Steven was too busy complaining to the zookeepers to pay any attention. From that moment, they made the long trek over to Camp Half Blood.
Hailey and Hannah arrived at the camp boundaries, but they weren’t claimed immediately. The satyr said that it wouldn't happen until their thirteenth birthday. So they lived with the Hermes cabin. During those two years, something snapped in Hannah and she just woke up one day and decided to terrorize the camp. Hailey became worried about her sister and everything she was doing to the camp. She thought that the Hermes cabin was becoming a horrible influence on her, but never really did anything about it. Then on their thirteenth birthday, just as promised, they were claimed daughters of Hephaestus.
They settled into their new home and Hailey spent a lot of time distancing herself away from Hannah. She didn’t want to be around her sister and was somewhat growing scared of her. During this time, she started getting involved with guys. Right before she turned seventeen, Hailey fell for an Ares guy and she fell for him hard. She was in love with him and she gave him everything she had. However, he didn’t have the same feelings for her and proceeded to dump her after their first time. Hailey was heartbroken and swore off all men. On her seventeenth birthday, she made a pledge to Artemis to become one of her hunters.
She’s been a Hunter for over a year now. Lady Artemis has recently stationed her at Camp Half-Blood to keep an eye on Hannah. She has a feeling that Hailey’s sister is up to something.

Daphne pulled her hands back away from his face once he started freaking out. She grimaced and bit her lower lip as he clearly went through this emotional turmoil. She took some deep, shaky breaths as she looked at her best friend. "Marius," she said as she grabbed his shaking hand. "I was once kidnapped by Xenos himself. He's a primordial child. I know what they're capable of. I know what they'll do to me." She sighed as he said he would do anything to protect his girlfriend. "I know..." she whispered as she dropped his hand and gave him a sad smile. "I know you would... I would do the same for Achilles..." She took a deep breath before she nodded her head and felt tears starting to well up in her eyes. "I know," she whispered again. "Just... just let camp know that I'm kidnapped, okay? Nobody missed me when I was kidnapped the first time around... and tell Achilles that I love him and that I'm going to be fine." She bit her lower lip again as she nodded her head. "Just do it, Marius.”
