This was her chance to not be a total dick, and she wasn't sure if she was ready to take it. She had spent so many months in a bitter place, it was hard to remember what she used to be like. Still, at his words and his little smile, Accalia felt the sides of her mouth tug up a little bit. She nodded again, turning to lead the way.

She led him toward the forest, right near the edge away from the cabins. "Do you mind going in?" she said, gesturing to the trees beside her. She didn't fear the trees, not even the monsters there. Most monsters didn't like smoke anyway, and she knew the perfect spot he could enjoy himself out of other peoples way.

Accalia smiled a little as he said he didn't know if he could improve herself. She understood that, she felt the same way, really. At the mention of paintings, Accalia lifted her head a little. "You paint?" she asked, though he was looking down at his shoelaces by this point.

Accalia considered herself an artsy person, of course. Her art was with plants, not paint, but it was pretty similar, wasn't it? Colors, mixing and matching what looks good. She felt her cheeks get a little warm for a moment, but she wasn't sure quite why. She bit her lip, "it shouldn't matter if you're good, though." A little encouragement never hurt anyone, right?

He had faith, this one. Something that Accalia had lost track of. It was actually nice to see it, to be honest. She simply nodded a little but didn't say anything in response to his optimistic comment. She knew that deep down she agreed with what he was saying, but she wasn't about to admit to the agreement at that moment. She was still bitter, and she was still holding onto that. Who knew how long it would last...

"I can understand complicated," she said as he talked about his family. So, he clearly had dealt with the cruelty of mankind at least in a way. "But sometimes it's nice to not have any outside of camp. You can just focus on here and on yourself," she said, "I mean on improving yourself as  a Demi-God," she didn't necessarily agree with everything that she was saying, but it was a good point. If she just let her other family go, she may be happier.

Accalia just smirked and shook her head as he implied that she would probably eat her words when she claimed that she could catch him. He then continued to explain the Lotus Hotel incident further and she just shook her head in disbelief. "I can't believe anyone has to go through a thing like that. Time freezes and all that," she shuddered a little at the thought of being stuck somewhere in that situation. Knowing what you were doing but not knowing at the same time. Granted. she sort of felt that way about every day here... she basically didn't really focus on anything but her own anger... which made the days kind of slip by her notice. "I... well, I'm glad you're doing well with the adjusting. I don't think I could be like you." Brave, she didn't think she could be brave.

Her eyes lit up a little as he explained his love for archery as well, and how she really was using her time well with her 'interior decorating hobby'. At his next explanation about how he was going to make sure she wouldn't be able to mope around, she couldn't help but smile a little. "I guess that sounds nice." She wasn't sure what to say for a moment because it actually did sound good. Getting out and doing something fun. But she would never admit that. At least not in a way that made her seem enthusiastic. "I'd never kill you," she chuckled.

Accalia listened, leaning forward with her elbows on her knees and her chin in her hands, much like how was Zeo was sitting. "Well, I would never broadcast myself like that, but I think you'd be good at it. What with you being so social and forcing yourself into peoples lives," now it was her turn to wink. It was also her turn to tell him what her big dreams and goals were. She had a few, but she decided to go with one that wasn't really a secret around camp. He wouldn't know about it yet, most likely however. "I want to find my dad, actually. He got lost at sea a few years ago," she explained.

She looked up at his as he showed sympathy and just shook her head, breathing in deeply through her nose. "Don't be," she said sharply, but not necessarily in an angry tone. More just that it was all really pointless. "I just need to get used to it, you know? I'm sure most demi-gods go through a phase where they think everything and everyone in the world is out to get them, you know?" she said, bending down to set the telescope upright again. "Eventually even friends become the monsters, in the end," she was more muttering to herself that speaking to him at that moment.

Once the telescope was upright again, Accalia bent down to scratch behind Freds ears for a moment. "I didn't meant to-you know-get all temper tantrumy there," she rolled her eyes at herself and tried to lighten the mood, though it was clear the moment was dead, "do you... have any family?"

Ebonie Hazle
Ebonie is a mortal and has come to camp because she is in training to become the Oracle. She has some seer-like powers and can tell all sorts of fun futurey stuff. I was also thinking it'd be fun to plot her and someone crushing on each other, so that could be a possibility here. Shes a ball of energy because her childhood was so hard that she covers it up with a good attitude. Either way-friends?

Pan Banning
Pan is a son of Urania and Patroned by Hermes. HE LOVES to prank AND tell stories-so I think these two would actually get along really well! Pan is has kind of a 'lost boys' crew at camp. I don't know if you'd want Milo to be a part of it but if you did that's cool too! Either way, I think these two would be friends.

Tangela
Well, Tang is just a flirty little Nymph who gossips a lot so I'm sure she's flirted with him before. Just a random non important relationship here, I'd say.
