So This Is Goodbye (Jay)

His eyes were already open and looking at her face once she opened her own, glancing down from her eyes to her lips as she smiled before back up to her eyes. Then he closed his eyes when she returned the affection towards him. It felt great hearing it from her and the feeling was a huge one. Jay didn't throw the word 'love' around like a joke, he always meant it. His grip on her hips increased slightly, pulling her a bit closer to him as he felt her lips against his, pressing his back against hers in return. Definitely worth it and she was definitely amazing.

Daven watched Jay's face as she said those words back at him and she couldn't help but smile widely. Almost like an idiot as she bit her lower lip. This was one good thing that came out of today, despite the fact that she had to leave in less than a day. Maybe the timing wasn't the greatest, but now she had something to look forward to at the end of the quest. But what was the greatest at that moment was him kissing her. He pulled her closer by the hips and Daven moved her arms so they were wrapped around his neck as she kissed him back and pressed up against him slightly. She was going to savor this the best she could since she didn't know how long she'd go without seeing him again.

Jay smiled into the kiss whilst he felt her wrap her arms around his neck, ultimately making them closer than they were before. Any chance to get close to Daven was enough for Jay and he'd jump at the opportunity. Whilst continuing the kiss, Jay slowly began to walk backwards, leading her over to the bed and then bringing her down on top of him. He tried his hardest to keep the kiss going, kissing her cheek a couple times when her lips were too far away for him to be able to manager it. He was going to miss her incredibly and he didn't want to spend his last moments with her standing up, the bed was much more comfortable.

Daven should've been worrying about other things at that moment. She should've been packing for the quest or getting final preparations done, but at the moment, kissing Jay and being close to him as possible was the only thing that seemed to matter to her at the moment. And he must have been thinking the same thing, since she felt him lead her over to a bed and pull her down on top of him. They kept kissing during this time, but when his lips wondered over to her cheek, Daven took the time to catch her breath with deep, ragged breaths. But as soon as she was on top of him, she pressed up against him as she let one of her hands wonder to his hair and weaved her fingers within it.

His hands made their way down from her hips to her thighs once she was on top of him, biting her bottom lip gently in reply to her hands in his hair. He opened his eyes for a brief second when he had a hold of her lip and then ran his tongue over it teasingly, his fingertips tracing circles around her upper thigh lightly. "Be mine?" Jay whispered to her, leaning his head up closer to hers. He wanted her to become his. His girlfriend. He wanted to make it official and not just have the pair of them as two people who have kissed a couple times. They'd already proclaimed their love for each other so why not make it official?

Dear gods, the way that Jay's hands were roaming her body where making her feel things that she never felt before. And it was wonderful. It probably helped that they both loved each other, but dear gods... She gripped his hair slightly as she had her other hand on his chest. She groaned against his lips as he managed to get her lips and ran his tongue over them. But when he pulled away, Daven breath was more than ragged when he whispered to her. Be his? Her face broke into a big smile as she breathed out, "Yes." She giggled a bit before she leaned in to kiss him once more. She now had a boyfriend. This was just amazing and she wanted to soak up every minute of it.

Hearing Daven groan against his lips was hot and Jay really wished he could further the kiss and let out a small breath when she gripped onto his hair, his hands gripping onto the part of her skin they were at. "Good." He replied when she said that she would become his, his smile wide as he met her lips with his own. One of his hands trailed up along her body, briefly running over her behind before trailing up the centre of her spine until it finally reached her cheek. Once it was there he caressed her cheek gently, kissing her back slower than before, wanting to savour the moments of the kiss before she left for the quest and simply letting out the words "you're beautiful." into the kiss.

Considering everything that had happened today, it was ending on a very nice note. They loved each other and Jay was officially her boyfriend. Maybe this quest wouldn't be so bad. At least she had something to look forward to for once. But she wanted all she could get off Jay right then and there, but he seemed to have other ideas. He didn't have the same sense of urgency like she did as he slowed down the kissing. Daven went along with it anyway as she kissed him back while she loosened the grip on his hair. She smiled against his lips as he heard his compliment. She barely pulled away from his lips so she could mutter, “I love you.” before she resumed kissing him.

Jay felt her hand loosen up and he rubbed her cheek gently with his thumb, leaning his forehead up against hers once she muttered those three great words to him. He was so glad he decided to say it and ask her to be his tonight. Even if he now did have to wait until after the quest to see her as well, where shit could potentially hit the fan. "I love you too beautiful." Jay mumbled back to her, running his hand up along her cheek lightly and pushing her hair slightly back...which was quite hard considering she was looking down at him but he did his best. His lips returned the kiss, savouring the short time that was going by during the kiss, wishing it could last forever.

Daven smiled down at Jay as he repeated those three, very special words back to her as he reached up to push some of her hair out of her face. She didn't know what tomorrow would bring or the quest for that matter, but she knew that she wanted to savor all she had with Jay at the moment. So once his lips were on hers, she kissed him back softly and slowly. She wanted to enjoy her time with him, despite how limited it was. But after a few moments, she pulled away from his lips as she caught her breath. Her breathing was very ragged and her eyes were half-hooded when she decided to move her head into the crook of Jay's neck and nuzzled him a bit as she decided that cuddles were just as good as kissing.

When Daven pulled away from his lips he leaned up to try and get another kiss but failed, letting her cuddle into him. He turned his head slightly when she buried her head into his neck. "Comfortable?" Jay asked teasingly to her, kissing all over the side of her head gently. His hand had moved it's way down under her clothing and onto her butt, resting there lightly and playing with the edges of her underwear. It wasn't something sexual, kind of, but he did tend to like to keep his hands busy which was why he usually traces circles but he didn't feel like doing that right now.

She had thought that just cuddling was a good idea at the time, but it seemed like that Jay might've had other ideas. Her face heated up a bit as she felt where his hand was and what he was toying with. Was he really interested in doing something like that or was he just messing with her again? She really couldn't tell as he teased her as he kissed along the side of her head. She took a deep breath as she lifted her head from his shoulder as he looked at him with a cocked eyebrow. "Are you telling me you're not?" she asked before she leaned back in so she could kiss him softly again.

Jay watched her raise her head, looking up at her with a grin. "Nope. I'm comfortable." He replied back simply to her, watching her lean in and pressing his lips back against hers once she kissed him. Jay tugged the underwear up slightly before letting go and resting his hands there, breaking away from the kiss again. "You're so needy with kisses." Jay said teasingly to her, laughing a bit before raising his eyebrow at her playfully. There was no way that he considered this a bad thing but he did find it quite funny. The cuddling didn't seem to last more than five minutes before she decided she wanted to kiss him again, ignoring the fact he kissed the side of her head a few times. That didn't count.

Well, it appeared that Jay didn't want to take things further as he pulled away from her lips and teased her a bit just as his hand left her underwear. Daven's face heated up slightly as she looked down at him. “It's not like I'm leaving on a quest tomorrow and won't know how long I'll go without seeing my boyfriend,” she pointed out before she resumed her cuddling position. He was quite a comfortable cuddle buddy so she couldn't complain. “You have horrible timing, you know. Who asks someone to be theirs right before they have to leave for a quest? You're gonna be girlfriend-less for a little bit.”

Jay smiled as he looked back at his girlfriend, glancing down to her cheeks as he noticed them beginning to heat up slightly. Naturally, he had to make it worse. "You might be back sooner than you think." He replied up to her, grinning and then deciding to make her cheeks worse now, slipping both of his hands under her skirt, lifting it up around her waist lightly and looking up at her the entire time. Once she leaned back down to cuddle him, Jay took his chance to look over at her butt that he had previously just shown off by lifting the skirt. "Nice underwear." Jay said teasingly to her, shrugging with a slight raise of his eyebrows before laughing a little. His hands were resting on her upper thigh, tracing circles up and down. "My timing was perfect." He mumbled back quietly to her, turning his head to the side to face her as much as he could with her head already in his neck, pressing his lips against her cheek gently.
